Terrible, I don't recommend it, it took them a long time to bring the food, I understand when it's busy, but there weren't even any people, they never came to ask us if we were offered anything else, terrible attention, and to top it all off a hair came out in the food, terrible, Terrible and charisma, I don't mind paying, when the tension and the food is good, but it hurt me to pay what I paid,

Don't come here, bad service no one came to do any refills or if we needed anything; when we did need something they took another 10 to 20 mins to appear. The food took like 40 minutes to come out even though the restaurant was empty, and I found hair in my food and the food wasn't good.

Will never come to this place again. We sat for just over 30 minutes waiting for our food, with an empty restaurant. My wife found a long blonde hair in her taquitos. Not once did they come to our table and ask if we needed more drinks or anything. What a terrible experience.

I went with my husband for lunch, we were really craving the menuno and when it was served it was without any flavor and they gave us the verbezas at the same time. I told the waitress and she only said that she would tell the waiter, we paid and left a tip but the truth is it was a very bad experience eating the Menudo cold and without any flavor and having a servesa at the same time was the worst! I just don't think I will return ?

My favorite mexican restaurant to eat at!! My family and I come at least once a week. Always friendly service everytime! Foods always delicious and comes out quick. They make sure we are always refilled on their complimentary chips and salsa. Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean!

First it took over 20 minutes to come take our order, then my youngest ordered chicken strips and fries, there was hair on it. Second time they bring his food it has hair on it again. The food was sub par. Had to keep hunting down the waitress and the food didn't all come at the same time. I should have gone to Don Chatos. This will be my first and last visit to this place.And after all this they still charged us for the strips. That he didn't eat and then the waitress stands behind our table to have a conversation on her phone.
Not sure if AC was broken or something but it was unusually hot for inside a restaurant. Made it kind of uncomfortable.

I come here all the time for the Baja fish tacos they are so delicious but this last time I really wanted to try something different so I ordered the Chile relleno with enchilada came with rice and beans. First off the enchilada I asked for it chicken and I got pork second the rice was undercooked it was hard and crunchy also cold. The Chile relleno was not the best either I've had better at my moms house and lastly when I called about this the girl that attended me said she'll take my phone number and name down they'll call me back for a refund or replacement of meal. 3 days had gone by I received no call so I showed up in person and I was told to wait for call back. It's been almost a month and the manager Ana never gave me a call never got my refund I'm disappointed because I really liked their fish tacos but that will be my last time I go there.

This was my favorite Mexican food place in Palmdale up until last week. I ordered two bean and cheese burritos with red sauce and received 2 different burritos. One had an orangey ranchera sauce and the other had a dark red spicy sauce. They were different from the other times I ordered. Also, I ordered tacos al pastor and received carne asada tacos and the carne asada was no Bueno. My wife called and complained. She was told there was a new cook and that someone would call her back about a refund. Never heard a word back. I'm sad to see this place go... ? ?
