The employees were unprofessional. The cashier was rude, slow, and also lacked good customer service skills, almost like kids were running the place. I waited an hour for one pizza which was not good at all. Bad service I wouldn't recommend this fake pizza joint to anyone it should be a F in the window.

I was helped by Brandon. I ordered a stuffed Crust pizzas half pepperoni and half cheese. I noticed I got charged double the price. I asked him and he said I said 2 pizzas. I said no I did not say two. I said half and half. He had an attitude about it and refunded me. But he refunded me for the full amount. When I asked why I got refunded for the full amount he said you will get your money back in 3 business days. I asked him. -but what about my order?”-I was confused why he was refunding me and not taking my order. I asked again and I got the same answered . I told him that I want to order a pizza . He ended taking my order. But very unwelcoming and a little bit of an attitude. He was not disrespectful but he was not very pleasant.

Really bad service in this store the cashier it was really rude store closed at 10pm I get there at 9:15pm & the person doesn't want to make the pizza n my son hes really craving a pizza I was really in rush in the freeway to make it i tell the cashier n still no I make it on time n she didn't want to make it today is Wednesday 11/29/2023 store number 1773E PALMDALE BLVD PALMDALE CALIFORNIA 93550 time is 9:36pm this is the second time they did this I don't recommend for any body

It kinda sad that they are known for "hot and ready" but they never have pizzas ready when you walk in....
I ordered online and it said my pizza would be ready in 20 min. I arrived at the store at the 20 min mark and they tried saying they didn't have an order with the name I gave them. I was the third person actively in the store with that exact issue. After some scattered searching they managed to find all 3 of the missing mobile orders. Upon going to eat my pizza, it was hard, cold, and stale. It seems like it was sitting out all day, neither hot nor ready. Would not recommend this location. Just buy a Digiorno.

This Little Caesars is part of a large chain by the same name. If you want expensive artesian pizza this is not the place for you. However, if you are on a budget and want a great pizza for little cost, this place is great.The service is lovely. You can call in to get your pizza ready for you when you get there or you can just go. For the price it is super and so much better than other budget type pizza places.The food is always hot and they have some nice sides.Parking is free and easy in their lot. Always look for specials, they often have them.This pizza we took home to Los Angeles, tossed it in the oven at 350 for 7 minutes and it was as new. Don't use the microwave, it will make it too soft.Have a great time.

My whole order was wrong including the 2 litter soda i ordered. They sent me a burnt pizza and the crazy bread was all smushed. Their was also a hair on one of the pizzas.
