Came here for the first time and I'd like to share my experience with you. It all started off well. I ordered two birria tacos and consomé. The man who I believe was the owner took my order. I asked for just water and he said he had no water except bottled water. I think he was just trying it sell me it. Anyhow when my order arrived they gave me 1/4 of a small lime. I asked the man for more and he said that he already had given me some and that should be enough. Really!!!! I didn't know I had to prepare my food the way he does! So I went on to tell him that I eat my food the way I want to and to please give me more limes. He told me several times he'd be charging me for them. To stand there and argue over some stupid limes is not the way to treat the hand that feeds you. I think he forgot that if it weren't for his customers he'd have no business. I also have to add that while I was there this man handled the register, his cell phone and then food while never washing his hands. This poses potential sicknesses and an unsanitary work area. No bueno...

One of the best spots in Palmdale. You wouldn't think there would be something good like that. It's a small place but if you looking for good authentic Mexican food this is the spot. Price is very good too. The torta de birria is 7.00 but you get full. Definitely going to come back this is my second time in two weeks so we coming back soon!!!

It's a must!!! every time I'm in the area we stop by to say hello to the awesome staff, the menu is amazing has every delicacy from my home town and it taste just like if I was home in Guadalajara. Highly recommended will not disappoint .

The price is absolutely reasonable! First time visiting Tortas Ahogadas Los Tapatios and was not disappointed. The service is amazing and once again the price is very reasonable. 4/5 because as far as the food I am not completely satisfied. Being myself from Guadalajara I cannot say that the flavor is authentic. The food has good flavor but does not meet the authentic flavor they advertised. This small business is passable for fast food. I will be back to try the rest of there menu. Great job guys!
