The fresh oysters were yummy. I had the low country boil and my partner had the two way shrimp. Both were delicious.

We are from Charleston SC, and home to the famous low-country boil. We had high expectations and Pier88 did not disappoint. We have added black mussels and extra shrimp to each bag and it is even better. I’m not sure why they put a hard boiled egg in the bag as I think they could do without this but overall, it is worth the money you spend.Atmosphere is amazing. Servers are friendly.Try the chocolate lava cake for desert. It’s delicious ?

5 stars. Anything less would be an insult. Me and my girl were told we were going to wait an hour and a half. This is on Valentines Day, by the way, with no reservation. We decided to stay, as we expected everywhere else to be similar. We got seated in 30-45 minutes. Definitely beats 90. They were absolutely packed, and even so, the food quality was downright fantastic. My food was very hot upon arrival, along with my girls. Everything was seasoned well and amazing to eat. We also ordered an appetizer of Mozzarella sticks, which the cheese LITERALLY stretched across the table. It doesn't get much better than that. The server, whilst being a bit uninformed on crab breaking utensils, managed to chock it up using humor, which was worth more to me, in my opinion. I prefer my hosts/ hostesses to act like people over robots, so humor was very much welcomed. The drinks were also a bit slow, but given how busy they were, they came out in a timely manner and were delicious. They are a bit on the strong side, but I'm never one to complain about stronger drinks. Quite the contrary, I prefer them. This is my 2nd time experiencing the culinary wonderment that is Pier 88, and I can promise you one thing, I will DEFINITELY be returning again.

This was recommended by my daughter Alyda, for her 27th birthday, the atmosphere was nice, we sat in a nice area. Our waiter was Mr Adam who was very initiative to his customers, in which I appreciate greatly. The food was great we all agreed. Thanks Pier 88 and Welcome to the A.
