I ordered at 12:29 to pick up at 2:30. Arrived at 3:00 and was informed my order would be ready in 40 minutes. Better management is definitely needed.

Imagine waiting 20 minutes for your pizza after a long day at work, only to find out it has the wrong topping. Left the place and the pizza there... Employees probably had a nice dinner after work.

DO NOT ORDER From this Pizza Hut !! I order using Uber eats and all the food they sent me was stale and tasted like it was a week old . My baby almost broke his tooth cuz the bread sticks were so stale and hard , also I found a hair under the pizza !!! Fucking just grosss

Bought a new york special pizza here on Saturday at around 10:30am. Pizza was not bad but I got the runs from it. Someone there is not washing her or his hands before touching the food or the food they are putting the pizza together isn't fresh. Could be other reasons too like the dough they used was not processed correctly and the yeast in it was not right. Luckily I have an iron stomach and got over it in a day and a half. But you worry about a sickly child eating this pizza. That could be bad.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and used my rewards for the free breadsticks and marinara. Pizza has no sauce and they didn't give us the sauce for the breadsticks either. I have flat cardboard looking pizza and minimal topping. Tried giving them another chance but it's not worth it. So disappointing

Pizza hut in Palmdale doesn't know how to process any orders and they have a hard time making any deliveries. We ordered today the triple deal through their app; paid via cr card. Waited 50 min when called to find where our order was they stated they did not know what store was going to make delivery so it was best to cancel to top it all the credit card was not to be reimbursed until 1 or 2 days after. Pizza hut lost my business now and forever and will place a detrimental value on yelp.

I'm disappointed I ordered Buffalo hot boneless wings and this is what I received, not only that when I parked right in front of the door the guy prepared my wings and I can see him preparing them with no gloves on and he had just touched something at the register and didn't even wash his hands and I was seeing all of this from my car parked right in front of the door. I was disgusted and I did not eat the wings. If this is how food is being prepared management should be concerned or watch how the staff is handling food. I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Horrible experience. I do not recommend visiting this location. I waited an hour for them to say they couldn't find my order. Yet someone else found it and it was the wrong order, everything from the pizza to the wings was wrong. I asked for a refund and they had me waiting. The manager would not address me and kept disregarding that I was waiting. It shouldn't have taken more than a second. Their poor excuse was that they were busy and it was going to take a "cool minute." It took an hour. Do not recommend use other location if you don't want your order messed up or poor of an excuse customer service.
My granddaughter ordered a pizza with pepperoni,sausage, onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms. The pizza had more mushrooms on than anything else don't get me wrong I love them and it could have been cooked a little longer. Why didn't she sent it back, it didn't bother her. I thank her getting dinner that night. Everything else she ordered fine.
