I’ve ordered on the app for deals ahead of time, multiple times, and it’ll charge me but once I arrive they say they never got an order. Turns out Pizza hut reversed it, so I have to pay almost $30 for one pizza and then wait extra time after I ordered online for conveniency.

They try to help me and give me some kind of credit or something. But today they were terrible. Brush me off. Telling me I can go get some more marinara sauce.If I wanted it, I'm not gonna go all the way back to go get some marinara sauce. They were brushing me off. Imagine waiting 20 minutes for your pizza after a long day at work, only to find out it has the wrong topping. Left the place and the pizza there... Employees probably had a nice dinner after work.

DO NOT ORDER From this Pizza Hut !! I order using Uber eats and all the food they sent me was stale and tasted like it was a week old . My baby almost broke his tooth cuz the bread sticks were so stale and hard , also I found a hair under the pizza !!! Fucking just grosss

Pizza took a hour to be delivered and was made horribly. Very dry and burned seemed to be an old pizza. Disappointing for sure I’ll be ordering from little Caesar’s from now on

Bought a new york special pizza here on Saturday at around 10:30am. Pizza was not bad but I got the runs from it. Someone there is not washing her or his hands before touching the food or the food they are putting the pizza together isn't fresh. Could be other reasons too like the dough they used was not processed correctly and the yeast in it was not right. Luckily I have an iron stomach and got over it in a day and a half. But you worry about a sickly child eating this pizza. That could be bad.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and used my rewards for the free breadsticks and marinara. Pizza has no sauce and they didn't give us the sauce for the breadsticks either. I have flat cardboard looking pizza and minimal topping. Tried giving them another chance but it's not worth it. So disappointing

I gave 2 stars for a $20 pizza that cost $30 to be delivered 5+/- miles before tipping. Does thin crust mean no cheese and min sauce? The meat lovers' meat tasted off. I didn't call the store because the last time (~3 yrs ago) I called because the pizza was wrong and after the 3rd delivery they still couldn't get it right I gave up. Maybe in another 3 yrs they'll be better.

Remarkably the best pizza I've had in quite some time. Everything arrived well within schedule and the young lady was very kind and understanding. Considering that it was Superbowl Sunday every item was hot, fresh, and accounted for. Everyone else considering purchasing pizza from this particular location in Palmdale on 47 st. don't hesitate and be rest assured you will receive great service.

The person that answered was very professional and polite, even though we called very late.When we received our order it was raining and cold outside.But, that did NOT stop your driver from getting out for to us in a very short amount of time.Our pizza and wings were very hot and DELICIOUS!!
