The hours on the door say they're open, the red flashing sign says they're open, online it says they're open. I went at 12pm on a Tuesday. Well they were closed. Like wtf how crappy to say you're open so I drive there and it's closed. So unprofessional.

Delicious. Always friendly staff. Generous portions! I've frequented another location in Valencia, hoping this one gets the ginger rice soon, it's so delicious! Definitely recommended if you're into Poke'!!!

I wrote a review several years ago about their romaine lettuce not being spring mix. They have remedied that and their food is great. It's fast, healthy and delicious. The portions are huge too.

They should be open for another HOUR, online it says so and they even have the open sign, I saw the working holding the food tins still yet he said they were closed. Why was the open sign on and online said they should be? seems like he just wanted to close up shop early smh very disappointed

What an absolute joke of an establishment. Although the food has been decent, this place is literally NEVER open when it says it's supposed to be open. It seems like the workers here just come and go whenever they want on any day. How unprofessional and frustrating for customers who waste their time driving all the way out here for nothing. They even update their own hours on here and can't even seem to follow it! Honestly, don't bother coming here if you see that it's supposed to be open, because there's a 99.9% chance it won't be and you'll be disappointed. Management-- get your act together; you're embarrassing yourself.

The worker Natalie is so nice. It was my first time trying poke & Natalie was very helpful to answer any questions I had. The manager was rude to Natalie when she asked her a question she wasn't sure of. Natalie was trying her best to be helpful to me. Thank you Natalie:)
(Almost) Always good portion sizes, quality is pretty good, staff is polite and restaurant is always clean with minimal wait times.

This was my 20th time coming to Deep Sea. The staff are friendly and helpful; plus the poke I get is always amazing. If your close by check this place out you'll love it if you love sushi. They have Kimchi as a topping, really good. The 2nd photo is new as of 5/18/22.

Updating my review, as this place has gone downhill the last few months. The options for toppings has become very limited, and they are always out of even common things like carrots - and then had the nerve to raise their prices forcing customers to pay more for less. I'll be looking for a new lunch spot as this place is just starting to feel like a cash grab.

I eat here about once a week and it is usually very good but for the past month or so they have changed their containers to cardboard which is terrible if you are taking it home and not eating it right away as it leaks everywhere so I am tempted to eat somewhere else as it’s a big mess. Also lately they have been out of a lot of the toppings like pineapple, mushrooms and carrots or they had the wrong soy beans so the toppings change and they don’t have Masago anymore. Most of the time I really enjoy it but I’m starting to think I should try somewhere else.h
