First time trying the chicken from Raising Canes,. Amazing!!!! The dipping sauce was so delicious. If you haven't had it you have to try it.

Service was not good employees rude with attitudes while customers merely asked for condiments. The dinning area dirty and the kitchen area looks as if a hurricane hit it. I do not see how the orders get filled with the lack of organization by upper management. Food was greasy and soggy.

HOT!!!!! Parents please check before giving to your kids--very hot! WE WERE NOT GIVEN NAPKINS FOR THIS GREASY FOOD. Just average. I didn't feel like chicken or sauce had any special flavor. The fries were way over salted to the point of being inedible. I like crinkle cut fries; these were just ok--Shake Shack is way better. This is pricey; kids' meal was $6.99 for 2 chicken, fries, sauce, drink, and toy. This is new normal. Family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids could easily spend $45+ here. It was just ok and to me not worth it. Drive-thru and parking lot were odd--barrier poles.

Don't be intimidated by the lines. They move pretty fast, and the food is great.It's a nice plus that they have a security guard on duty in the parking lot, too.

Customer service was just as bad as the food! Ordered two combos that looked like kids meals. Not for those prices, the chicken wasn’t no bigger than my finger. Oh and dear Lord don’t ask for any sauces.Husband and I first time here and was very disappointed. Will not be returning.
These kids kick ass! Super fast, even when it is packed. Friendly staff and we come here weekly. Cool vibe and the food is always fresh and hot.

Food is great, staff is very friendly, the store was disgusting. Probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever seen. There are a lot of staff working behind the counter, not sure why they dont take one just to keep the dining room clean and drinks station maintained.

The sauce was good, but I thought the chicken would be extra crispy. I thought the meal portion was bigger. When I got my order it was small with three strips that were short in length. The meal comes with a slice toast and a small side of fries. I feel like I overpaid for the portion size, but I did consider the fact that it was a combo. Also, with my order I chose Dr. Pepper. It was watered down a lot the flavor was gone and carbonated gone. It wasn't even sweet anymore, but the ice was still fresh. I was served in a timely manner and in a professional way. So I appreciate that.
