Yet another place that ask for a tip before you get your food. Yet another place I won't eat.People who leave or expect a tip before the food and service do not understand tipping. Asking for a tip beforehand creates bad feelings. Customers feel obligated to leave a tip for fear their food will suffer (sometimes it does). Tipping beforehand also severs the connection between employee performance and pay. If you really must support tipping for counter service, at least rearrange things so you pay and tip when you receive your food. Also, If you honestly believe "Our Team does what we do because we desire to make a positive emotional connection through our food and service, nothing more." then you are sincerely delusional.

We have gone to the Sherman Oaks, Burbank and Hollywood locations for years. Passing through Palmdale we spotted this spot. Very nice staff. Great customer service. Did not disappoint. My bean & cheese burrito was great.

It was my first time here and I was on the move so i took it to go. Although I didn't dine in, I could could still feel the good energy in the building. My food was great, and prepared well and in good timing. I will be returning soon.

I have had sharky's a few times and I felt like I didn't order the right things but today I did. I ordered the crispy chicken Sammie and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and seasoned and everything else added great flavor to it. The only bad part was that sharky's forgot my friends utensils and they all ordered bowls. But it ended up being okay because we had tortilla chips to use. Overall very good food but service lacks sometimes.
It's the best Mexican restaurant... I felt they respected me, and delivered high quality food.

Service was slow and the new mex sandwich was soaked all the way through the box it came in from the slaw and pickled onions. The cheese was on the bottom too. Just stick to burritos and tacos cause this was trash.

For dinner i ordered fish tacos with Mahi, when the order arrived it had a really strong fishy smell like you get when the fish is spoiled, it smelled bad, but I tasted it anyway and the fish tasted really bad too. I was so upset I simply got up and walked out to avoid confrontation with the manager. I'm very disappointed and won't be eating at Sharky's again!
