Where do I start? First you gotta pay for sauce? That’s ridiculous, I get it if it was extra sauce, but they didn’t give us any and want us to pay for it? So we did, and it took 20 minutes for the sauce to come… Might as well never have ordered it then. Second, they took forever for our food to arrive, my slushy came out like liquid. Then they kept messing up our order a couple times. I came to a lot of Sonic’s and never was it this bad.

I sat in the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes. What is wrong with your staff? How has Sonic gotten worse and slower over the years instead of faster? I've never had slower service at ANY other Sonic, or any drive-thru restaurant.

I spent about 40 dollars for my family with this place and received a finger nail in one of my kids slushy and never got a call back from there management.

Well, I should have read the reviews first. Placing an order and paying is an amazing process. Now, the food arrived luke warm and the fries were just old. The cola was just bad, it taste like crushed ices with a hint of coke cola. This place or this location is not the place to spend you hard owed money. Other then having a private place to stop and eat a meal, there is nothing else to say about, Zonic in Palmdale.
Arrived with 3 kids who each wanted to order and pay for themselves. The staff were so nice and patient with them. We got all our food orders and change correctly. Thank you so much! My son said he gives it a 4.5 out of 5.

Semi-fast friendly service. Good natured kids making a buck.Typical kid on his phone without a thought for anyone else on his phone walking in to work but what else do I expect from some kids. Wouldn't look up from his phone to walk or look up to get out of the way.Wheelchair accessibility: A couple handicapped access spaces
