I just left right now I asked for an ice coffee and the barista told me they do not have ice coffee . Very disappointed how does Starbucks doesn’t have ice coffee ?

My coffee was searched me cold the workers were friendly but the place was a mess coffee spill and tables sugar rappers on the floor urine on toilet seat no soap in restroom it just seemed like the workers that were not busy did not want to pick up a broom to sweep.. it's kind of sad because the location is really niceParking: Palmdale Palmdale road between 20th and 17th

Absolutely awful experience i’ve ever had at a starbucks, took me 25 minutes for one drink in a drive thru when i made it to the window girl was passing me wrong drink i asked her for my drink she goes oh yeah? hostile rude and acting like im doing her the favor the drink was not like the picture i asked her how come and she says idk like excuse me im never returning go to the dutch across the street

I went to this Starbucks today and some girl in drive threw her name was serenity she was very kind and generous offered to scan my Starbucks app to save money not everyone in this world is kind like that we def need more people like her in drive threw thanks also drink was good and I saved $2 dollars

Getting Starbucks was never apart of my routine but after my 1st visit here I might reconsider. I went through the drive thru I was immediately blessed David's angelic voice. He gave great recommendations to what drink as well as suggesting substitutes for ingredients to my drink. I was very satisfied with my visit and do plan on returning next time I am in need of something to get my day going.

Customer service is great. Food is always great. Only complaint is in the morning around 7 am I try to go in there to study or have a conversation with my friend and the music is a bit loud. Makes it hard to concentrate.

Good place for coffee and food. Keep a eye out for a few homeless guys running around. Nice manager and near the library. I like the Java mint Frappuccino and banana walnut bread. Yum.
