Every time I order an iced oat milk shaken espresso literally a drink off the menu it never taste the same and on top of that IT’s NOT SHAKEN. its literally in the name of the drink. I hate leaving bad reviews but this location really sucks. The service and the drinks they make are horrible. They need more training and reading prior reviews it seems like it’s an ongoing issue that quality of drinks is poor.

Decent starbucks. Staff I nice. Keep the homeless out of there they are not smart an the black girls that come here are a waste of time in my opinion. I love buying things for myself it's fun. Working hard to have fun. Yummy strawberry refresher.

Beauty Shines

Next time you close early, you should turn off the drive-thru lights and the menu lights and put a sign at the drive-thru entrance instead of making people wait 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru to read the sign at the window that you closed early. We have better things to do with our time

They refuse to update the mobile app or answer the phone. It says all flavors all sold out on the mobile app - ALL OF THEM. They won’t answer at all, and the rewards I intended on using expire after today.

According to the app, this store is completely out of all syrups and sauces and everything but black coffee or espresso. Likely they just haven't updated their inventory on the app, but despite calling 30+ times, no one ever answers either. So I can't do a mobile order for someone to pick up for me using my birthday reward which is conveniently only good for one day now, and I can't go in person myself because I'm disabled.

I just don't understand why I can't get a consistent order. I don't order anything unusual, just off the menu....it never taste the same. Great! they will remake my drink if it isn't right. However, I'm on the road heading to work when I find out the drink is messed up...so returning is not really an option. I had a more uncommon problem today (but has happened before), I flat out got the wrong drink! Tag was covered by boot on cup, but the correct item was announced by server handing it through window. Again, I'm off before I realize it. Now, on top of that, prices have gone up. I'm over it, but I appreciate the push, because now I will save money AND support my small local coffee shop. Thank you, Starbucks!.....signed, Lost Customer for Life.

Not my local Starbucks but if my local one is packed I’ll head out to this one on my way to work. Usually the line isn’t too bad and they seem to be fairly quick.

If I’m not going to a local place I’ll typically drive out of my way for this particular Starbucks, a tier above the rest of the AV’s Starbucks locations.

I love this Starbucks! Their espresso tastes excellent. And baristas are very nice. I started coming here 3 months ago after moving and haven't had a bad experience.

First of all I have never had the most horrible experience in a Starbucks store than this one. Not only was the woman interrupting me with every order but she kept leaving her head phone on and I could hear her talking to the customer before me. She also got my order wrong because she wouldn't listen and when I told the other girl there that it was wrong she was just as rude. I had to keep an eye on them to make sure they didn't add anything that didn't belong in my drink. I would rather drive to the Starbucks on Lowe's Drive than this one. They definitely need to train them to be kind and greet everyone with respect, even if you're having a bad day or too tired, when working with people face to face as a barista you put on the kindness face you have to everyone. I normally tip my baristas but the vibes I was getting from them was not welcoming at all.

Over the past month I have had three incidents where the drink I order was not prepared correctly, and the wait seems to be more than 10 minutes, no matter the time of day. Starbucks certainly has gone down in quality. Sad....

This Starbucks would get a better review but the barista Mel was awful. She was unpleasant, and had the worst RBF. She ruined the entire vibe of the store. The other baristas were nice and had good energy, especially Star. This store would be a better place without the bad vibes.

Starbucks!!! Always good and service always friendly. So, I got a tall mango dragonfruit drink and it was too sweet for me. I asked for water to add to it but the barrister was so sweet to change it into a bigger cup and added water for me.
