If I could, I'd give it a zero. The employees were unhelpful, and the app that has all the coupons doesn't work more than half the time when I asked if I could just do it right there they said they don't have coupon codes to use at the register and the employee wanted me to show them my phone to prove that the app wasn't letting me order wasted 20 mins over this and not including that the app still took my money from my account even after it said there was an error they took 70 dollars and it took more than 3 days to even get the money back just go to any of the other fast food joints nearby because this is probably the worse subway I've been to

Today on October 11 the male employee working there literally told me he is not allowed to put extra olives only up to 12 and started counting them after that I asked for a side of sweet onion sauce, and he was extremely hesitant to give me one. He says they need to charge for that too, which is false I come to this location a lot and have never had someone count my olives, or charge me for a sauce that guy is a Straight up clown.

Never seem to get what I order on line. Turkey, bacon, avocado with veggies. Got 1 slice of turkey, no bacon. Best to go in and watch them make sandwich!

Mixali, this is a great customer service experience I had with this gentleman. We had a whole mixup at subway with the in-line ordering but this gentleman made me feel appreciated and helped me out the best way he could.

Found a big old piece of plastic in my sandwich that just about broke my tooth. I'm not talking microplastics, I'm talking i bit into a piece of plastic about a quarter the size of a bottle cap. I went back to the location and they told me to contact support through the app since that's how I ordered the sandwich. I contacted support and waited nearly a week for them (Christina Aca-Ac was the agent) to respond with a 6 inch coupon. This was a footlong sandwich and I wanted only a refund as this sandwich was not edible. I refused and waited another week for a response just to have my request denied. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I will not be back. Watch out for plastic! It was embedded into the meat!

This location never has our order we place on time ready. Today is another day our order won't be ready until 20-30 minutes from our pick up time. 3 people working and no one can finish our order.

I haven't been to any subway this bad, the staff aren't friendly, and EVERY-TIME I ask for 4 soup they never have it. my family are 4 ppl what do you want me to do?? Fed them half. Sadly this is closest subway never again would go there

I have been coming there for a while. but today it was terrible there was three of them. and it was like the was rushing me out. I asked to have my sandwich heated . I'm eating it cold right now. because she said the other girl did it. I wasn't in a good mood after waiting for them to get to me. took 30 minutes to get my 1 sub and out the door and I'm throwing it away.

I came in with my family 430pm july 24th Sunday afternoon. How can your entire staff be this incompetent? Not one employee could answer this simple question. What meats come on the Cold Cut Combo? 4 employees didn't know. One said he check in back for the guide lines and never returned. Unbelievable! Nobody knows what's in the sandwich. I know it sounds petty but this has to be just a symptom of all kinds of problems. Also apparently fountain machine was down because of "no ice" without offering a bottled beverage to temporarily substitute a least some kind of drink option. So no combos and no coupons can be used. All 4 of these employees will just open mouth stare at you when you have any type of question. If you're sick of being in a good mood and pride in your work is not a priority for the people preparing the food for your children then this is the place for you. This 1 star is well earned.

I normally do not go to Subway but I saw a poster on the window for a pastrami sandwich, I knew I wanted one.And it was fantastic.The service was good and the sandwich was great.I do recommend this location.
