Staff is super rude and unprofessional. Went through the drive through because I had my nieces and daughter. All orders had something wrong. On kids sandwiches. It was apparently too hard to put turkey and lettuce.

I work from 5am- 2pm, and take an early lunch. This time i decided to eat healthy but got food poisoning instead after consuming a tuna footlong on friday, July 7th 2023. Not sure how they keep their food to standards but reconsider eating here.

Reviewing as an uber eats driver:Please have the order ready BEFORE drivers arrive. Uber pays us dirt low pay. The least you can do is have the order ready as we are not paid to wait around for a half hour.

Had to wait to be helped with my order as 3 employees where doing an online order. Was not told they be with me in a minute. No communication was there. Been here before and they have but not this time. Finally about 5 minutes or so they took my order again not apologizing for waiting.. Than a line was formed.

I wouldn't leave a review for a franchise usually, but I really had to due to the experience I had at this location. The manager needs to get trained herself let alone her employees. They roll their eyes when you ask for extra of anything and they dont even listen to the customer what they want in their sandwich. I asked for tomatoes and other stuff, but not olives since I despite olives in my sandwich and when i mentioned the employee rolled her eyes and says well you asked for it when I never mentioned olives. disgusting attitude which made us not ever return to this location.

I ordered through the app and once I tried picking up they told me my order wasn't in the system.. yes I was at the right subway.. subway charged me when I placed the order on the app and they didn't give me my order.. basically they came up on my money and that isn't fair! I talked to the manager and all he said was they can't do nothing about it.. that is so unfair because they kept my money!!
