I'm only giving a 4 star bc my order was missing multiple items... but I called and was pretty heated. The manager answered, stayed on the phone for my complaint, and was COMPLETELY professional and apologized for the employees incompetence. They were loudly gossiping and hardly paying attention to their costumers. I wish the manager was serving us instead. Definitely more professional than whoever wasted our time there.

This tacobell always gives away their stale Raw Nasty Tasting Nacho Chips like the chips sit for months, and they give them away. So people taste your Nacho Chips before leaving that place to make sure they are fresh.Parking: There is plenty of open free parking lot

Went to the drive-thru to get some cheesy bean and rice burritos. Order was done fairly quick, sometimes I go here and the burrito is really stuffed and sometimes it's anemic. At least they asked if you want salsa or not.Parking: Parking lot is huge. I believe they share it with the next door hotel.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair inside the Taco Bell but you're going to need somebody to hold the door for you.

Didn’t pay attention to order, didn’t ask it my order was correct, didn’t tell me too pull forward, randomly stopped talking and at the front window I had to say no ice to my drink for a third time, the young lady got very rude. When I checked my crunchwraps one of them was very ripped barley ANY food in it. The second one was poorly made. Horrible

Their burritos are empty. My five layer burrito was just two layers of tortilla. Like a splash of meat, no beans minimal cheese. Like everytime from here. So upset with having "samples" as a 6 dollar burrito or taco.

Rude rude rude, I ordered they have me my food in ok time. But man from start to finish rude, clearly they don't wanna interact with customers. He asked did you order from the screen already, with a scoff. They were missing my drink and literally took everyone there asking each other where the drink was. Dude is not that complicated. Then just put it in the counter without looking at me or my direction. I sure said something. I said excuse me can you look at me when you're direction a word to me please, but not with an attitude, but very stern. All of a sudden she wanted to interact. Nope not having it! They won't help you with anything!

This location is hit or miss.. depending on who's making the food! Some days it's really good, fresh, delicious and then other days the food tastes old, not fresh, made like it's thrown together by your enemy that had a bad day. The manager is the worse! She is beyond unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about the upkeep of the bathrooms or dining area and definitely does not care about the customers keeping this location in business. I drive to Lancaster or literally any other location to avoid this one whenever I can.. if my family wants Taco Bell and we're near this location, I beg them to pick something else or wait til we get to a different location! Trust me, you're better off making the drive to a better location.

Workers threw away my friends order after I said he was in the bathroom, and when confronted about it the black woman working started screaming that she was calling his name for 5 minutes which is a complete lie. The manager proceeded to cuss at me and call me a racial slur while refusing to remake my friends order. Would never recommend this place. It's absolutely disgusting inside and the employees have horrible customer service skills.

Bought a bowl today. Drove the whole way back to say they didn't add chicken. Instead of making a new one, those clowns just gave me chicken separately. Refused to provide a refund also.

Being from out of town my nephew and I stopped for food and bathroom break. Being only customers I rushed to the counter and asked for bathroom code and telling my nephew my order. The cashier said I had to buy something first. I told her I had to pee and if I didnt get the code I would pee there at the counter, beings I have a medical condition. The cashier reiterated that a purchase had to be made. I asked for the manager, who gave the same answer. About this time, a different employee walked over and entered the code for me to go into the bathroom. The cashier then turned to my nephew and told him he had to place his order via the kiosk. Once he got his food, he asked for the code so he could now go to the bathroom. The cashier refused to give up the code and a different employee again came over to punch in the code. This level of service is disgusting. No restaurant should be distrusting of their customers to the point this place did. Clearly the manager cultivates this type of customer service as she supported this attitude. STAY AWAY FROM TACO BELL.
