This is the Second time i go to this location and the Wings have a funky smell a very odd taste and a smell similar to piss or something. I had to throw them away since i took my order home. My wife order half original and half lemon pepper. The lemon ones were fine. But for some reason its only the originals who have that horrible off taste. They tasted. Sucks that i just paid for nothing. Fries were good tho was only thing i ate.

The food here is always tender and not rock hard like some locations so I want to recognize the chefs or cooks for keeping it real and keeping the food delicious as always also I wanted to thank Clynnise for being so professional and courteous to me and my girlfriend and making our visit nothing but flawless wish all wing-stops were like this . Thank you to everyone who was on schedule today I greatly appreciate you all ! I will definitely be coming back .

Food decent … very salty compared to previous Wingstop experiences at other locations. New sandwiches … disappointing. Customer service was below par as the young lady at the register ignored us leaning on the wall with her eyes closed. At the same time a repairman had the door blocked making a loud dirty mess. My first experience at this location was not the best … and how do you mess up wings at a wing place.

Terrible service. Took 55 minutes to get an 8 piece combo. Everyone inside complained about the food being cold which i dont understand is it just sitting there? Whos job is it to expedite? Wont be coming here again.
Ever wondered what it's like to bite into a wet raw potato? Well look no further! You cannot find anything quite like this. Hold on, do you mean fries? Hold the phone! You may be thinking to yourself, I'll just order them well done- nope. Extra seasoning could have helped(?) these fries which I also requested in my order but that was overlooked as well.. Either the employees don't know how to read or they just clearly DGAF I would have called to let them know this time around (again) but this has happened EVERY TIME I've ordered delivery from here. Would recommend the wing stop on 47th street if you are willing to go an extra mile or 10. It's better than chewy wet potato stick. 1 star because I've seen no improvement. Try BOOM BOOM chicken

Slow. Order is never ready on time. Typically 15 - 20 minutes after it is supposed to be ready. It’s like they don’t start the order until you arrive which is pointless to order ahead.

Messed up my order, went back to fix and their only resolution was to remake the food. I already paid for that from the beginning, what else do you do for your mistakes? Lesson learned check your entire order in front of them before leaving the location.
