I have been a Xeviches customer since the Sfv and I was soooooo excited to hear that they were having a Palmdale location!!! Their food is absolutely delicious, Recommend the Garlic edamame, Crazy boy roll and the Tiger roll. The location and the inside looks super amazing this place is GREAT! You won't be disappointed!

Nice exciting environment. Good music but loud and a bit hard to talk to your friends and family at the table. Went for the first time recently, not impressed. The sushi rolls just seemed to lack flavor. I mean they had too much actually that it was just a mess of flavor. And too lemony also. Beers took way too long to get once ordered, I mean how hard and how long should it take to pull the tap and pour a glass? Lastly, I DO NOT like the menu has no prices what so ever. They could literally make up any price they want and you wouldn't know the difference. Why not put prices on the menu? Am I out of the times and is it not cool to put prices on the menu anymore? Is it the old if you have to ask, then you can't afford it bit? Lol. Anyhow, has room for improvement.

The food was amazing as was the service. Nice clean restaurant with an open floor plan. It is a little pricey compared to other sushi restaurants though. We spent $100 for two people for one appetizer, one sashimi, one roll, octopus tacos, one soda and one alcoholic drink.

Very unique food options available. Nice to have in the AV. They finally have menus available but still no prices on their items. Better staff organization than the last time I went but there is still room for improvement. I will continue to support this business and hope they figure it out and become a great restaurant because there is definitely potential.

Came in and waited 5 mins to b seated. Considering this is a Monday and pretty much empty I found this unusual but ok I'll go with it. After being seated waited another ten mins to order after ordering waited 20 mins for our food. Again would hate to be here if it was crowded. When food arrived mediocre at best. Can't believe I waited this long for burnt eel and slimy salmon and the tuna well my daughter who is a child could wrap better then they did. And over 40 bucks for that uh no! Btw they had 4 sushi chefs (if u want to call them that) working.

I had a great experience at this palmdle location. The food really good. Mexican Sinaloa Vaquero meets Japan Samurai style vibe in this spot for a fiesta on my plate. I love it. I hope it stays open, I’m coming back.

Xevichez is pretty good. ? I eat at the one on Santa Calrita, I been to other ones in Sylmar too, so I had to try out the one in Palmdale. Honestly, the best one. Good portions, nice big bar, and everything is modern. The food is really good.

I went for the first time and had an amazing experience. I sadly couldn't dine in due to my son not feeling well. I ordered take out and the food was amazing! I also had a drink while waiting for my order and it was refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. My husband and I loved the rolls so much and can't wait to visit again! I will definitely be dinning in next time. Also the staff was so nice!!

The appetizers are soo good the asparagus with the beef was my favorite . the surf and turf tacos soo good .. And i dontveat sushi however my family liked them too. Drinks are so good the habiscus one was my favorite.

Stumbled upon this gem in AV and was blown away! Who knew they served such delicious sushi? Fresh, flavorful, and hands down the best in town. Big shoutout to Ivan for the exceptional sushi prep & service! Thrilled to have discovered our new favorite spot. ?? be back next week for lunch with hubs!

I'll first say that the food was good. i personally really enjoyed it and would've loved to come back. However, I went in during happy hour and was expecting happy hour prices, and was served the full menu plates and wasn't charged for the happy hour prices. At the moment i wasn't aware that the plates weren't meant for happy hour since it was my first time. When i brought up the issue, the workers said "sorry we thought you wanted the full menu plates since everyone here comes with a large party" my party was only 2 people, makes no sense. They didn't bother to lower the bill a bit or anything for the confusion. I would just watch out for the waiters, I felt like I was scammed and I wouldn't go back. They need to add their prices to their menus too, so be cautious on the bill if you decide to give them a try.
