I come here all the time. However, in this particular instance the server never acknowledged the fact I was sitting there, they took care of everyone sitting on the same section I was. It’s unfortunate and terrible customer service. I had to walk out with my family and my baby. The worst feeling and experience anyone can have. To say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement.

I go to Yard House on the regular but this time it was different. I like going to sit at the bar and watch a game but this time, I sat a booth and I wanted to try a new drink and my waiter, Thomas was extremely knowledgeable. The drink he recommended has quickly become a favorite and will definitely be back because of him.

The food was good but they need to step up their customer service and speed. If management is trying to keep their over head down they are definitely doing a good job with that but the price they pay is not worth it. The times I've been to the restaurant to eat all I hear are complaints about the wait time to be seated and wait time for the food. The food way great and the servers are pleasant. The hosts are friendly and put up with a lot of unhappy hangry customers due to the lack of employees on the floor. Management support your team with either helping the flow on the floor or adding employees.

We went back to Palmdale and visited yard house. Our server once again was that firecracker Vanessa. She has the best attitude and gives us great conversation. I hope we get her again on our way back to the antelope valley.

Had an amazing time at this yard house location. The food was great. We had the nachos and the Mediterranean Salmon. Your waiter Tony was amazing. Loved his recommendation for the drinks! He was very attentive and made sue our party was satisfied with everything. I will definitely come back and ask for Tony. Thank you :)

I have been plenty of times in different states and every time was great and issues I’ve had (though small) was handled swiftly and efficiently (most of it just being like forgetting an extra ranch or to remove jalapeños from a dish nothing big) that’s why I’m rating it so high because to my standards the realize the issue pretty quickly and fix it and even apologize and I appreciate that.
