Quite possibly the blandest food I have ever eaten. Ordered a burrito ultimo with carnitas, and I can only assume that they ran out of salt when cooking the meat and veg; there wasn't a hint of seasoning in any of the ingredients. Thankfully, I grabbed some sauces on the way out, but they still don't make up for the lack of flavor.The guys working the counter and kitchen were very polite, professional, and helpful. Good guys.The first thing that hits you when you walk in the door is the overpowering smell of musty basement. Not sure what that's about. The kitchen and bathrooms probably just need a REALLY deep cleaning. I suspect years' worth of accumulated oil, food scraps, and stagnant water in, under, and around the cooking surfaces is responsible for the off-putting aroma, along with poorly maintained restrooms.I've been to this location twice, and each time, it was just myself and only 1 other party dining at the same time. I've never seen a doordash, ubereats, or grubhub driver there. They appear to get very little business from what I have seen. Almost feels like walking into Satriale's Any Size Suckling Pig, except they appeared to actually get regular business in addition to being a mobster hangout.There are better burritos literally ANYWHERE else along El Camino.

Google says this location closes at 9:00pm. It was 8:15 before walking in, staff started mopping and they turned their open sign off and was told that our food had to be takeout only, also staff also took away the salsa bar early.

I got here around 825pm and ordered our food to go since they close at 9pm. The employees did look very thrilled to see us. We were not planning on staying there anyways but when my girlfriend asked to use the bathroom, the employee did not allow her to use the bathroom although I already paid for our food. This is not good customer service. Definitely not eating here again due to the poor service. We ended up going to the donut shop down the street where the bathroom was available as the employee was much much nicer to us considering that we did not even buy. With that being said, the food was actually good and tasty but this place will be crossed off in my book.

Visited this place at around 9pm on a weekend. Had a roasted veggie burrito with mixed beans. The burritos come with nachos and salsa. The burrito size is pretty good and is very filling.

I was passing through and got lunch here. Friendly staff, super fast, yummy burrito Ultimo and guac & chips.Why do people like Chipotle over Baja Fresh? Do they like waiting in lines and being rushed?I did confirm a slight odor. Probable a floor trap (drain) that dried up. They just need to add water to it every couple weeks. Didn't affect my to-go order!
