Customer service is meh - the lady that took my order seems borderline miserable / stoic / apethetic. Your food will sit there if you do not actively ask them - much room for improvements on their customer service; same goes for the guy I asked if my order was ready - not cordial when my food was sitting there for a while. Great bagels though I’m not a picky person so I’m easy to please though I wasn't go with the vegan spread if you prefer something sweet.

The lox bagel was absolutely delicious. While it's a bit pricey, I found it to be worth the cost. Unfortunately, the service wasn't the best; the employee who served us seemed a bit rude and didn't want to answer our questions. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed the bagel.

Bagel was great. Good amount of lox, but of course you pay for it. They put an enormous amount of cream cheese on the bagel to the point where I had to wipe off 3/4 of it. Friendly helpful service. Small cup of coffee was $3.75. I'm not a big coffee drinker but that seemed to be a bit expensive to me.

Was excited to try this place went in places my order waited patiently, received my bagel got in my car and went to work. It wasn't till I was ready to eat the bagel that I realized it wasn't what I ordered and was simply a regular bagel with egg salad in it, due to being at work I couldn't go back in order to get the matter fixed now I'm out 9$ and the delishes bagel I was looking forward too.

You can always tell how good a place is if the simple items on their menu are delicious. I stopped by here [for the first time] because I was craving a bagel on my way home. Normally I would have ordered a lox bagel aka their classic but I didnt want anything too filling. I ended up getting a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. I felt like they didn't have a lot of bagel options unlike noah's, house of bagels, or bagel street cafe. I also don't like how they don't have the bagels on display and you just pick off their menu list-it makes it harder to pick. Anyway, the amount of cream cheese they put on the bagel was CRIMINAL. I usually like a lot of cream cheese on my bagel but what they did was too much! Had to wipe the excess off with napkins. I also wish they had an indoor seating area/cafe for you to enjoy your bagel. They only had outside seating, and on a cold and rainy day, it isn't gonna work out. Would I come back here? Yes, but only because I want to try their lox sandwich.

Best bagels in the Peninsula & S. Bay. A close second to Daily Driver in SF. Perfect chewy texture and mild crunchy exterior. The sesame seed bagels should be cooked longer; seeds should be light brown not white. Still everything here is excellent along with the service. Love this place; A+++

Great bagels and I grew up on east coast bagels. Only thing is I’m 2/2 for not getting my full pickup order and needing to ask them to fix. Check your order before leaving the store!
