Terribly slow. Make your pickup order for a different place. After waiting 20 minutes I’m tempted to just order my food again since there’s not much of a line. Would they refund my original order if I did that? If it gets to 30 minutes late is it free?Can I even trust the food here when the floor is so dingy?

Avoid like the plague. First experience of chipotle and this place set a terrible precedent.My burrito sat getting cold every 30 seconds as the staff rapidly changed back and forth between customers.By the time my burrito had arrived to checkout, the foil had mopped up every bit of mess that was on the counter. Disgusting.

Place is a mess. I watched as the worker wiped down the counter while not being careful to not get the scraps back into the food to be served. They were out of everything and whatever was left looked old and dry. I saw them grilling chicken on a dirty surface. I walked out because this place obviously does not hold up to Chipotle standards. The unhappiness is noticeable. And the music is too loud to be able to taste the food. My 2nd time and the last. Both experiences were several months apart and I found it the same. I will not come back. It is the worst Chipotle I have ever visited.
This is the worst Chipotle I’ve experienced. They are regularly out of Guacamole! They’re also regularly out of grilled veggies, although it’s gotten better recently.

My partner and I frequently visit this Chipotle. Everytime we go, it's a like a roulette wheel in which the odds are typically against us. But due to the convenience of this location, we kept gambling until recently.In the last few weeks, we visited this Chipotle around 7-8 times. In each of our visits, one or more ingredients were out. In one instance, they ran out of fajitas. We saw they were making more, so we decided to wait 10 minutes. By the time they made it, they ran out of rice and sour cream. Other costumers were verbally upset as well. When we ask for a discount for ingredients, they claim they cannot do that.Few other minor things: almost everytime we visit, we meet an employee who is either new or is being trained. This doesn't bother me as much as the red sauce, which is consistently hotter than any other Chipotle's red sauce. Like super hot. I stopped getting it.What is going on at this location?
