Came here for breakfast and forgot this place existed... super reasonably priced and the owner is so friendly and caring. Parking is ample, but the entrance is in the garage and I needed to hit the handicap door opener to get in as this place opens at 7am, but city hall opens at 8am. Plenty of choices and the super (mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers) breakfast burrito was amazing and flavorful. Will come back for sure!

LOVED that we stopped in, was visiting my brother and grabbed breakfast before I left. The prices are great, the woman that works here is the best, and the omelets were perfection. I just got halfway home to the hotel and finished my leftovers, 10 hours of driving and they are just as good as they were fresh. I’ll definitely be going back next time I come to California! It’s the perfect place that I wish denver had. Also, if she asks if you want hot sauce, take it. It’s the perfect cherry on top ❤️Parking: You can park in the street but we used the free garage (3hr limit) and didn’t have to walk far at all

I'm a sucker for their breakfast sandwiches. Everything here is made to order. Breakfast croissant with egg, cheese, sausage and you can ask for their burrito sauce for a bit of spice to it. Sandy is great and really nice. I heard their Korean breakfast burritos are good, so I guess I'll have to try that next.

Sandy makes some of the best food around, from her Bibimbap to her incredible burgers and delicious treats you won’t be disappointed with a single thing.

This is my go-to place for breakfast when I'm in the office. My usual order is a super breakfast burrito with sausage. Always has a good balance of meat, potatoes, and veggies. On Thursday's Sandy (the owner) serves bibimbap which is always a hit! Whether for breakfast or lunch I highly recommend stopping by! Sandy herself is always super friendly and helpful.

So happy I found this place! I don't think I can get a rice meal anywhere in University Ave Downtown Palo Alto for under 13USD. And yet here it is: a bulgogi rice with egg and kimchi. Such a great find! Sandy, the woman who runs the cafe, was also so warm and friendly. I promised to head back to order a bibimbap, which I'm not sure if it's a regular on the menu. Edit: I went back for the Bibimbap a week later and it's good! It's a Thursday treat and it's hefty. So full!

If you are going to try this place come Thursday for Bibimbap its delicious. They have great prices on breakfast from bagels to burritos. They also have snacks and a variety of drinks. Great friendly service.

Wonderful food. The Breakfast Burrito and the Korean Style Burger are especially great!

This wonderful cafe has reopened after being shutdown for a remodel (not to mention COVID). It is still open to the public. It is still run by the friendly Sandy and her team. This morning, I had a delicious bagel and coffee. I look forward to trying their lunch specials. It is located inside City Hall, on Level/Floor A. Directions: Go into the underground parking garage; go into City Hall through the door marked with the large "A"; go right down a short hallway to the doors marked "Cafeteria." That's it!

A truly tasty and tidy location for breakfast in the Downtown Area. Plenty of Seating Space and Wide Screen Television are Enjoyable!

Got the $4.50 breakfast burrito, which was probably the best value one can get for a very filling breakfast in Palo Alto. It was quick and delicious. Will be making this a regular from now on. Definitely looking to eat there for the Bibimbap lunches!

Best Korean in downtown Palo Alto. Show up on Mondays and Thursdays for their Korean lunch specials. They serve BiBimBop every other Thursday. There usually is a line on Thursdays, but the service is quick and friendly. They also have great soups, like Chicken Pho noodle and Beef Veggie. Deli Sandwiches are huge. Daily entree specials could be Spaghetti, Chinese Chicken Salad, French Dip, Tacos, Bacon Cheeseburger, Hot Pastrami, Grill Cheese and Tomato Soup, BLTA, etc. They also open early for breakfast. Haven't tried the breakfast myself, but I'm sure it's great.

Love that it's hidden because they never have a line. Food is good and the prices are great for someone who doesn't want to spend $15-20 on lunch everyday. Staff is beyond friendly too. Glad they opened this place up to the public.

Definitely a hidden gem. Well, "gem" may sound a little strong for a place that just sells pretty good sandwiches and other stuff, but for these prices (under $6 for a turkey club) in Palo Alto it's the best-kept secret in the area. And the good thing about that is there's never a line!
