If you're looking for something a little more elevated than in-n-out but not so elevated that it breaks your bank, Gott's Roadside is the perfect fit! We were craving burgers and milkshakes after a hike with our dogs so we dropped by for a quick bite. The line to order food was pretty short but I think waiting for food itself took a little longer as the family before us had a massive order. We were able to find a table outside which was great because it was nice and sunny out. We ordered the double cheeseburger, green chile cheeseburger, fries, vanilla shake, and two unsalted patties for our dogs.We thoroughly enjoyed everything that we ordered! The burger was hot and juicy, fries were salty and crisp, and the dogs really enjoyed their patties. We will definitely be back to try out more items on the menu! Those onion rings look fantastic.

Super busy place but plenty of seating and service is usually quick. I ordered a chicken sandwich and next time I'll mention light sauce because they go heavy on it and it soaks the bun.

Went for dinner here while in Napa. Ordered the Texas Avocado Burger and it was perfection! Had a side of onion rings and I enjoyed them because they were not too greasy. Ordering was pretty quick but the wait was a bit more than expected, so do expect a bit of a wait. The inside of the restaurant was full so we sat outdoors which I did not mind at all because the inside was very loud. Being that it was in the late evening it was chilly but luckily all their outdoor tables have an individual overhead heater which helps immensely! Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend!

Fabulous burgers! I have tried 5 different ones so far, great variety. The shakes are killer! We always get large-sizes and ask them to split them - they are happy to do so. There is a special shake each month. The salads and fries are delicious too. Nice employees. All tableware is compostable.

Service was horrible... cashier was so irritated to have to deal with customers. Cheese was cold and piled in one section of my burger. Fries were room temp. Shame Cause the burger was actually good.

The food speaks for itself. California Burger , kimchi sandwich , beer, strawberry milkshake Wish we could try more things but we were stuffed and satisfied. Hope to catch some of the anniversary special menu Team was friendly even though it's busy lunch time. Ambiance was casual and fun!

One of places that I must go to in Palo Alto. I decided to try their salad instead of burger (still good). I ordered avocado citrus chop salad. Wow! So good!

My husband took me here because he saw that they have meat free options. I ordered just the simple "impossible cheese burger" But it just wasn't as good as I had hoped. The burger patty and bun itself was pretty good, although the cheese was not melted at all (disappointing and bad texture) and I'm a huge pickle person but they had an odd texture and taste? This burger comes with "secret sauce" which no secret, is usually that one thousand island dressing similar to in&out which I actually hate so I'll be ordering without it next time! The 2 side orders really saved the meal for me. I love onion rings and this place makes it perfectly! The batter isn't thick, perfectly crispy and the onion actually cuts with each bite so you don't eat accidentally pull the whole thing out your first bite. The garlic fires were equally as good. Fries are on the softer side which I prefer and the garlic isn't overpowering, just enough flavor in each bite.

If you're going to come here for anything at all, get the Vietnamese salad and the garlic fries. That's it. I'm not going to lie, for an American burger joint, the burgers were lackluster- I had to re season it myself after several doordash orders left me disappointed. The Vietnamese salad is amazing, what an original dressing like and sesame vinaigrette! Make sure to use lime and ask for an extra serving of the dressing to take home as it's amazing. The fries are flavorful but just make sure it's lightly seasoned with salt and paprika. I've only dined in here once but the vibe is just casual and chill since this location is in a pretty popular plaza. Overall: 8.5/10 recommend

The worst. Waited 45 mins for Over cooked , super salty , barely any fish tacos. Cold onion rings. Save your money and go to Kirk's next door.

I want to give this place a better rating because I can taste the freshness of the ingredients but there was no wow factor. We ordered a California burger, double cheese burger, chili cheese fries and a strawberry milkshake to share and after taxes plus tip, we spent $70 for our meal. For the people who complained that the burgers portions are too small, I felt like our burger was pretty big given the thickness of the patty. The buns held up nicely and I like combination of all the ingredients of the California burger but it lacked flavor. It was very one note, it definitely needed more salt and something else to cut all the rich flavors. My husband liked his cheeseburger but also said there was no wow factor to it. The chili cheese fries and the milkshake were very mediocre too. Everything needed a little more salt. The milkshake was thick and creamy but lacked the strawberry flavor. Regarding service, the cashier ladies were super friendly and efficient. While the guy behind the counter who gave me our order was not friendly whatsoever. My overall opinion is Gott's is good but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Portions of my burger was decent and again, you can taste all the freshness of the ingredients but for $17 a burger, I expected a little more.

The best burger that I ever had. Integrity 100%, which means consistency between first bite and the last bite. Balsamic onion has sourness, crispy bacon is strong, beef patty is not to fat, arugula has bitter to balance the fat, egg yolk is just a little bit running, bun is buttery and lots of seasame. Every thing about the burger is perfect.Onion rings is crispy but not oily. Fries are better than average. Wisconsin burger is also very good, mushroom are tender, bread is chewy but cut in half beforehand. A small complaint is that less sauce would be perfect.

The food and milkshakes were awesomely delicious. There’s outside seating which allowed my dog to sit with me. Some of the employees and patrons seemed a little snobby and didn’t care for the way we were dressed. Too punk rock for em I’m guessing. lol. I definitely recommend the food though.

Classic American food like burgers, hot dogs, fries, and shakes. The produce is fresh and everything was super tasty. This location is crawling with children and dogs, lots of noise and always busy. It's casual dining where you order at the bar, get a buzzer for when your food is ready, and find your own seat. The portions for the price are way too small. All of our food was around $50 before tip. We got a salad, fries, ahi burger, and hot dog. The fries and ahi burger were a particularly small portion. We were hungry after our meal. Nothing crazy about the food here but it's got something for everyone and perfect for a casual family night out. I want to come back and try the soft serve it looked so yummy!
