Service is awesome. Reservation was very smooth. It’s a great dining experience overall.I rate 4 out of 5 as I think meat could be better quality given the price.

I think this place is very nice and welcoming. The food was amazing as well. There is nothing I would say is bad about this place. My mom brought me here as like a mother daughter date and I think it was a great choice. I see a lot of families eating here and celebrating. The service was great.Kid-friendliness: There are many kids that I have seen here.

I have been here multiple times since they first opened. I was impressed during that initial visit, but the service has been consistently poor since that initial visit. There are not enough waiters, so it is very difficult to flag someone down. The one waitress they consistently have (middle-aged Asian woman) is extremely rude. If you ask her to clarify something on the menu speaks poor English, which makes it difficult to communicate with her, *and* is also rude if you speak to her in Mandarin instead. By rude, I mean she literally yells at me. This restaurant also nickels and dimes you. They charge you for the sauce and announce it in an extremely tacky way. The waitress passively aggressively told me that if I got the sauce, my friend couldn't try mine because it was per person, even though I hadn't said anything about sharing sauce. It's a pity that their service is so poor because the broth is pretty good, and they are the only hot pot place in downtown. I wonder if the waitress's attitude has to do with her receiving low wages.Their menu also changes literally every time I go there. Last time I went there, I ordered something, then they told me that it was no longer on the menu even though it was literally listed on the menu they handed me. They can't even be bothered to use white out or cross it out. Sometimes they charge for the sauce, and sometimes they don't.I don't understand how this restaurant has 4.6 stars. Seems like there are fake reviews or something.

A photogenic experience. The hot pot ingredients are laid out orderly and the pots are beautiful, but it's very pricey. Like other reviewers have mentioned you don't get much per order, especially for the price. The quality is also pretty standard. The atmosphere however is much more calm than your typical hot pot experience-- whether or not that's a pro is up to you. Not much variety either. Service was plentiful. We tried three broths: tomato, spicy chicken, golden chicken. We agreed the golden chicken was the best. The spicy chicken was nothing special, and the tomato had that canned tomato flavor in my opinion. Lots of available seating on a Friday night.

The wagyu beef skewers were super good! They were well seasoned and chewy :) We also got the golden chicken broth which was very flavorful. The spicy beef butter broth really penetrated into the contents.

Friendly staff and delicious. The pots were so cute and had a strong boil. Great service as first time customers. Thank you to HE&C team for the splendid service!

Over priced mediocre hot pot place. 2-person "wagyu" hotpot is $80. Even if you order el la carte, it's gonna run you for $40-50 per person. They charge Haidilao price and giving you an experience that you can do it at home. Not worth it.

Came on a cold Sunday evening and was seated immediately at their cute and intimate setting. I don't care for hot pot too much but this place was pretty delicious. Highly recommend their wagyu and lamb skewers. We got the spicy beef broth and it was pretty damn hot, be warned. They also serve good boba drinks. One thing I absolutely love is their cute ass dinnerware with intricate patterns. I was a huge fan.

Excellent broth flavor. Service is ok, but prices are very high (meat, each veggie, piece, dish is separately priced). Good location and, as always with hot pot, fun for family.
