I ordered a PB banana protein and the worker gave me a strawberry drink and when I asked for a new one she said no. This is a terrible example of customer service

Just some feedback when I ordered one of the new strawberry & banana granola bowls yesterday. The person who took my order didn’t know what I was ordering when I was directly reading it off the menu. I also wasn’t told until it was finished that there was no banana. No communication was made before it was made in case I wanted to change my order. The store wasn’t busy either, I think it could have been the manager who took the order? Since the young guy who made the bowl was going to ask the cashier if I could get a refund. I just left and took the bowl since I couldn’t wait. He made it well but with only with strawberries, I would have changed order if it was communicated that there was no bananas, when spending ~15$ for the bowl.

Drink ordered 12pm arrived at 12:33 it’s gone! SMH no care to make up for the lost time, should fix your customer service. Offer customers free sandwich or pastry or something worth their while smdh

Accidentally ordered pickup for wrong store and employees weren’t helpful at all. Couldn’t get a refund and wasted money.

Workers were not that friendly and seemed really impatient. The drink itself was good - I went with a small white gummi. So expensive now too, the small was $8.69 which was quite absurd. Probably would not get Jamba in the future unless I realllllly was craving it.

The cashier Ruby D was really unfriendly. While I was ordering, she was eating at the cashier stand. I had subbed out peaches for a drink due to an allergy and she charged me to substitute pineapple. When I looked at the receipt and asked her why I was charged, she replied "I guess that's right". Then another team member helped me and tried to refund the extra charge back to my card. His name was hunter and he was much more helpful. I really don't appreciate the overall lack of customer from Ruby and eating while taking care of my transaction.

I ordered 2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich ahead of time on the app to pick up at 8:20. I arrived at 8:45am because there was an accident on the freeway. Only one drink and a sandwich were ready. I entered and the staff were chit chatting with a customer that seemed to be a friend which is completely fine. But when I approached the pick up area, one of the staff members just looked at me. I said hello and that I was here for an order pickup. The staff member does not say anything. It seemed like she was distracted and wanted to use her phone. She walks away takes one drink out and heads to the back to get the sandwich. She then starts to make what seemed my second drink. I was running late to work which yes is my responsibility however I did order a drink ahead of time and selected a pick up time which I expected would be the time The order would be ready. At this point, I had to raise my voice a little so the staff member that was making the drinking could here me ask “ are you making the drink ?” She then responded yes, and at this point I just was not happy. First they don’t communicate with a costumer. So I explained that I don’t have time and if I could get a refund. She said it would be faster for the drink to be made but I just didn’t want to be there longer then I had to since the customer service was not great. I said that’s fine forget it then. And I proceed to walk out. I hear the staff member mumble “ then I guess you can’t get your refund” and the staff and customer/friend laugh. Are you serious ? What kind of customer service is that and I entered back and i said that they had terrible customer service and she responds “then don’t come back”. Wowww!!! Amazing! I guarantee I won’t be returning. Do better! With everything going on in the world! The least we can do is be kind and respectful and communicate properly but I guess we all failed at that too. Management please reach out to me as I do want me refund. Thank you!
