First off customer service was a 12/10 very sweet and willing to make my first experience amazing!! Would highly recommend this location. Not to busy and lots of space inside. Love the extra touches and food.
I love Joe and the Juice- it's a great mid day pick me up; or a great place to grab a smoothie when you're feeling under the weather. I know it's so cliche but the tunacado sandwich is so good! The crispy bread, avocado and the tuna is just perfect, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! The service is hit and miss. If you go in during a busy time you may be greater not so nicely, they can be short and snappy. That's why I marked it down a star. This is always my first stop in Palo Alto if I am working remote. They make a decent cappuccino and I can always get a table. The food isn't bad either. They've got two locations, but this one is my favorite as it is a little more tucked away.
