Cool spot right across iconic Apple Store. Heated outdoor seating. Service was really good. The portions could be bigger tho, Paella for two persons was like a one person plate.

*VegetarianExtreme lack of flavor for vegetarian options. The paella was bland tasted like boiled rice/veggies - and I say this as a paella lover! The empanadas and tacos were average at best. Drinks were great though and the desert (chocolate lava cake was superb)

Went to Joya yesterday with my husband to have late valentines dinner. The food was amazing and it came out at timely manner. We start with the Kobe sliders and ajillo . The Kobe sliders were full of flavor and the ajillo sauce is amazing . After we enjoyed the hanger stake pinxos, yuccas, stuffed jalapeños, and brossel sprouts . My husband love the picos the meat was perfectly seasoned and pared so well with the sauce on top of bread. The jalapeños were stuffed with yucca and cheese and were really good but definitely spicy. We normally get the yucca and brossel sprouts and they never disappoint. Our drinks were perfectly made but my favorite continues to be the Diablo . But enjoyed three different drinks that were amazing. Our server Jorge was attentive and made sure to check on us continuously . The ambiance is delightful. I can honestly say the thanks to the great service, amazing food, and overall delightful experience we will continue to come back .

Service was great! Zucchini noodles wasn't that great. Empanadas were a bit bland , but croquettes were good! Friendly staff, ended on churro with chocolate sauce which was fluffy and nice

Had dinner on Valentine's Day. The taste of the food was ok at its best. Service needs improvement. Order 3 items- one was never delivered to our table. Water glass was not refilled. Hopefully this was a unusual occurance.

lovely service, tapas style serving stacked tray made it difficult for me to see my girl. food was great tho, skip the scallop ceviche, stick to potato w aioli :) order diablo cocktail

A perfectly nice place - in the summer it opens to the street unlike most other places. There is a bar area to one side which is often quite hopping. The other side is a sit down restaurant - which is quieter compared to the bar. The food is quite good - the salad, the tuna tartare and the ceviche were all of good quality. Nothing amazing, nothing to complain about - 4 stars in my book. There’s a private (ish) room in the back that can presumably be reserved. The service was polite and mostly competent.

I've been here a number of times with my family. We always enjoyed ourselves. It's nice to share a few different plates of tapas with a nice cocktail. The churros are delicious for dessert!

Overall it was a very nice experience. Service was great everyone was very attentive. Drinks are very good and the food did not disappoint. Chocolate lava cake dessert was amazing.

Celebrating a special day, the food was delicious thanks to our waitress who recommended us to get the paella (lot of seafood and rich of flavor), short rib tacos, and churros are the best I've ever tried . Overall great place, many options and friendly people, will definitely come back !

Our dining experience was quite a let down to be honest. We were excited to go and try Joya, but they fell short in almost every way this evening. The Ahi tartar was not fresh and when I had a bite it was a bit tough. The Empanadas tasted as if they were prepared from a box out of the freezer. Our Octopus was completely over cooked and chewy like rubber. I couldn't even bite through it with grinding down hard, super rubbery. Lastly, and saddest of all, the Paella Clasica was absolutely horrible. The calamari, muscles, clams, and scallops were all over cooked. To top it off the rice wasn't even crispy at the bottom and tasted like a box rice. I hate to be this critical. The meal was just a bad experience and food was not good!
