It's a hotel bar. Nice place to have a conversation. They have nice chairs, quiet, and not too busy. There is also a roof top bar upstairs. Different menu and little cold and windy. Drinks are so so, nice place to hangout tho.
Really good rooftop place in Palo Alto. I don't believe there is any similar spot in the area for miles. Staff is good and friendly and service is good. However, the food itself was a little below par and the drinks weren't anything to write home about either. Maybe by the time you're reading this things have improved, but I'm just describing my experience.

Shortly after contacting Graduate about the valet joyride situation, the hotel's general manager who I'll refer to as "D" contacted me directly. D helped me bring my concerns to the valet company to ensure the attendant was held responsible for his actions. I appreciate D and Graduate's integrity and care for their customers. Despite the original bruise on an otherwise wonderful stay, I would definitely recommend visiting the Graduate if you're staying in Palo Alto.
