Love this place especially the store in Palo Alto is in a nice quaint area. Their Kouign-amann is my personal favourite and can eat it all day any day! It’s perfectly flaky and sweet. Their coffee and espresso drinks are good too.
The people were friendly and were patient. Depending on when you visit them, their baked goods of the day may change. Go early if you do get an idea of what they're baking, at the end of the day they might not have any more.I bought some monkey bread from them (Thursday) and a chocolate souffle cake that me and my dad enjoyed (even after reheating). The souffle reminded me of a lava cake so even if it cooled down was still delicious. Unfortunately, they didn't have them available...read full review

Really good drinks and pastries. The only thing that threw me off was that the last time I was there I really wanted a chai latte and I was refused service because I was 25 min before closing time. They said that they take 45min to close the espresso machine so they couldn't help me :(Luckily the Peet's nearby saved the day!
