Extremely slow service, had to wait over 30 minutes for my order

Food is consistent and good but people are not trained and orders are never correct even though we always order the same thing. This time we were charged ten cents too much and let it go as we will not go back to this location. We have to check our bags to get them to add items ordered but left out. This is a problem with others that I have spoken to.

Terrible management. Group of teenage boys sat in there for a good hour yelling expletives and causing chaos running around, yet the middle aged hispanic lady with blond hair (who I believe is the manager for that shift in the afternoon as she was not working the front) didn't say a word to them!Yet she had the audacity to tell 2 regular customers eating in the back room that they could not sit there and asked them to leave!What is wrong with her! She needs corrective action or get her terminated.

Service people were slow, rude, and unprofessional. A simple order was never completed until complained.
The very nice black older lady was very friendly when picking up my order! And in general, it seemed to me that all the staff were very attentive to visitors and respectful, which is often lacking in McDonalds. This one has nice service.

The middle aged guy working behind the counter today (12/4) was unbelievably rude. He cut me off multiple times when I asked if my order was ready and walked away while I was politely asking for my order mid sentence (I’d been waiting for 30 minutes, it was not busy). Finally after arguing with me turns out it had been prepared and was sitting on the counter behind him for 10 minutes!!

It's clean, service is fast, there are other customers but it's not crowded. Access is easy by car. Food is standard McDonald's. The surrounding area is devoid of human pedestrians.
