Took my daughter here for a mother-daughter lunch. Excellent. She loved her grilled cheese, made with cheddar not American cheese (which is ew according to her). Popovers and consommé are always top notch. Great service. Elevated lunch but not crazy fancy or stuffy.

Salmon tacos were marginal —not much flavor or additions. Chicken in Caesar salad was fabulous ! Out of 2 first choice cakes— Brought a pro bono chocolate cake that was very nice and absolutely delicious!! Broth and Popover were fabulous !! Thank you!

We have dined in the Cafe almost since the day it opened. Through the years they have consistently exceed our expectations by providing an exceptional dining experience especially for special occations. I live around 200 miles from the resturant and always make it a destination when visiting my family in the area.

Any meal that starts with a small cup of perfect broth and a popover -- ad all meals here do -- is good. The tuna melt is tasty and the fries are very good. Day I visited, the place was at capacity with too few waiters. Still, ours made the effort and we enjoyed a very relaxed lunch without feeling rushed.

My wife and I often stop by at the restaurant at Neiman Marcus. Food us good but today I just want to mention the pre-service. They bring you a delicious toasted Brioche and a chicken broth. Delicious and... if ask fore more broth, they may bring a whole pot AT NOCHARGE. Lovely.

I've been to this Cafe many times over the years and have always had a wonderful time. However on our last visit we had a disappointing experience. After taking our drink and appetizer order we waited 40 min for it to arrive. We then had to rush with our main course and had to give up on second drinks. The waiter was very apologetic but the bartender was clueless and it ruined the overall experience. Let's hope it was a one of but I am hesitant to visit soon.

I took my daughter and my mother out to celebrate my mother's 86th birthday. Our server, Rocky, made us feel like we were royalty! He was so friendly, kind and attentive! He brought us free champagne to celebrate my mom and was quick to refill our water, iced tea and bouillon! We told him we didn't want our popovers before the meal and wrapped up fresh ones for us to take home. The food was delicious. The service was outstanding five star plus! He treated us to an amazing chocolate cake with a candle to celebrate my mom's birthday as well. All in all, it was the best birthday lunch and we left feeling like we have a new friend at Neiman Marcus! My mom actually was exhausted at the end and Rocky ran to get the in store wheelchair so we could give her a ride to our car. We will definitely be back and ask for Rocky! He's the best!

Had a Burger and bacon was burnt, meat & fries overcooked. The issue is that service and food during the last hour is rushed since employees want to rush to end their shift at the diners expense.
They were not able to make cocktails as they said they didn't have a bartender. The server tried but it wasn't the best. Service was a little slow and my panzanella salad was more of an arugula salad with crostini.

Never seen a California club with cucumber and butter?! just cut in half and not quartered- presentation was awful- what happed to the amazing club with bacon and turkey- our waiter didn't even offer bacon, suggested salmon and shrimp??? Disappointed immensely- will say your saving grace was the popover and consume...
