I went there yesterday. I was ordering 2 pizzas, 1 Jalepeno bites, 1- 2 liter soda. My total came up to over $120 something dollars. I asked the man is he sure he's charging us correctly. He repeats our order to us and then tells us our order is $88. Something sketchy going on here. Make sure yall get your receipt. I chose to not eat there. I took my hard earned money elsewhere.

We ordered a Gradenfresh Pizza with Olives, capsicum and Mushrooms but received Cheese pizza, where we were charged for for Garden fresh and received cheese. So we called and the person was not even ready to accept his mistake.It's way more than to cheat a customer.We mostly order for kids as they like it.Do not appreciate such mistake.

I made a mistake and gave the wrong delivery address. Door Dash went to the incorrect address and I could not communicate with them to see if I could get the pizza to the right address. I contacted the manager at Papa John's (Robine?) who explained that a refund was not possible since they already gave the pizza to the courier. I explained that the address was incorrect due to a mistake I had made during the order. At this point, I expected to get the shaft, but Robine actually made another pizza and had their own driver deliver it free of charge. The driver went to the wrong location, but this was not my mistake this time. The drive kept good communication with me and was truly concerned about the delivery taking more time than expected. I felt that they both truly cared and treated me like a valued customer. I am more than impressed and thankful for their customer care and over-the-top service. Thank you!

Average tasting pizza. Ordered bacon and mushroom large pizza. Overpriced. 16 dollars for a "large" pizza. Barely 12 inches in diameter (I measured). Super stingy on toppings. Had to add my own stuff. Go to whole foods or something.

Papa Johns is a great choice for tasty food when you don't feel like cooking!!! I got their Garden Veggie Papa Bowl - it's delicious and I've never had anything like it. The bowl consists of garden veggies as the name implies: tomatoes, onion, spinach, green bell peppers, mushrooms, and pickled peppers. These veggies are held together with cheese (as you would expect on a pizza), and accompanying these yummy ingredients is Papa Johns' pizza sauce! It's literally like veggie pizza without the carbs from the dough!!! I can't speak much to service and ambiance because I ordered for delivery, but I can say that Papa Johns prepared the food fast and packaged it well! The bowl comes neatly nestled in a Papa Johns pizza box, and once you slide it out from an extra cover for security, you behold your hot papa bowl! This was just what I needed on a don't-feel-like-cooking night, and Papa Johns definitely came through. I would definitely recommending ordering from Papa Johns!!!

Mexican guy looks fairly new at the job and he is slow as a sloth. Had to wait 30 minutes to get the order. He forgot to even wait the order and then remade after making me wait half an hour.

Pizza is pretty good for a quick chain. For a good experience, it is best to just order online and pick up. There are some possible discounts online too. Walking in will be expensive.
Excellent service, hot pizza straight outta oven in no time, super juicy chicken wings. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Had an order for delivery and the location utilized DoorDash which the driver did not have updated documentation and I had to meet the driver half way. Recommended for Papa John's, vet the driver before sending them on a delivery.

Pizza is tasty, but don't bother paying for toppings--you get next to nothing!It's really shameful how stingy they are with toppings. Last order we got 2 pizzas, each w/2 different toppings. We couldn't even tell the two pizzas apart because we couldn't see any toppings.
