I love this Peet's! They are super consistent, speedy, and kind. I think once you are a regular and they learn your drink, it just keeps getting better! I order on the app so there's no waiting in line. I can count on them to make a fabulous coffee with that classic Peet's taste - consistency is key for Batista's and these folks got it down! Thank you for the amazing coffee's y'all!

Cash register girl not in a good mood at all

I'm disabled and have a service dog to keep me safe/independent. One day there were two pet dogs in the store. One was jumping up (huge no for working dogs) and licking a table!!! I asked employees to ask them to leave, and they proceeded to treat me with such disrespect and hostility, it was almost unbelievable. A kid with long ish black hair who told me he is a manager blatantly lied, telling me Peet's policy is to let pets in. I told him it was against the law, and he said "we work here, I think we know our own policy". Shocked at his rude behavior, I showed him Peets' policy on their website (no pets, task-trained service dogs only, per federal and state laws and health codes). He then told me the pets come there daily (breaking multiple laws daily...the pet LICKED THE TABLE). I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was. I asked to speak to his manager and he held his arms out, smiled, and said "I'm the only one here". I asked for the phone number of his manager and he gave me a sticky note with a most likely bogus number because I haven't heard back. I will be following up with management and the department of Justice. Pets aren't trained not to be dogs around food. They also bark at my service dog, which can put me in danger by distracting her from focusing on my bloodstream or, worse, attack her (this has happened three times and she's only 2.5). My intent isn't to get anyone in trouble, it is to raise awareness and hopefully get him some training. This treatment isn't ok, especially by leadership to a customer. As I left I heard him complaining about the incident to his employees. Not appropriate. It shouldn't be "that bi*ch was so annoying" it should be "wow, thanks for the education, I'll make sure no pets come in in the future". Absolutely horrible treatment. Not ok!

I ordered a coffee family carrier to go. Service pretty good. Coffee stayed warm after an hour from pickup. Great staff. Bathroom needs a deep clean.

My favorite place to get a good cup of coffee and the chicken chorizo flatbread when I'm feeling hungry. As always the service is espectacular and the decor of most shops is relaxing and enjoyable.

Very rude staff. Arguing with customers. Shouldn't be like that. If you had unhappy morning customers shouldn't get involved in. I scratched my Peet's gift card supposedly with 20$ on and it didn't go through. He starting accusing me those cards are not in sale any more and showing a different one. I always buy my Peet's cards from Costco and it was the first time frustration. I called the number at the bottom of the card and a representative kindly registered my card and I had 20$ on it. But I don't want to support this coffee shop any longer after they treated me so bad. Shame on management.

$3.00 for a small coffee with a bad aftertaste. Usually when I make Peet's at home it has a great taste. Shouldn't it mean when you step into one of their stores the coffee should be just as good if not better? Not at this Peet's, their coffee is rancid.
