Gourmet thin crust pizza , crisp and with just the right amount of cheese. I really like pizza without the tomato paste and so this is just my style ! Clean and cozy ambiance, plenty of seating, friendly staff, great service and not very long waiting time.

We got hungry after finishing our first shop early, so we looked for a place to stop and eat and happened to pass right through downtown. The place was busy for 11:PM, and we soon found out why. The pizza was "smack'n" like my coworker said. It really hit the spot, especially with the beer.? The root beer that is. ? Everything on that 14" combination pizza was so fresh and delicious. No wonder everyone was there.? $30.The band and lead singer outside did some great Tom Jones covers while we ate. It was a nice little break. 9/10

The good is great. I've been getting Pizza My Heart since I was a kid. I understand some students work behind the counter. Their customer service skills are not pleasant. They just seem upset being there. Or have a rude attitude when someone is asking a question. I've been in a customer service/retail setting. If you're having a bad day don't show it at work.

Recommend sauces at every table or a sign saying to doctor up your pizza at the counter bc they are often scattered around the restaurant with different patrons leaving limited

The Good : "Chris", "Chuck" and "David" are all absolutely fantastic - as is the food- favorite Pizza I have been able to find in NOCAL - coming from a Jersey Boy Pizza snob.Edited review - very bad experience with "Samantha" but perhaps if was an off day on her end .

They close late, and have beer as well !I live in East Palo Alto, so I spend July 4th evening here, as East Palo Alto was a fireworks war zone... Grateful to have this place relatively nearby and open that day.Thanks!

terrible. I don’t give reviews like this but there is literally no hygiene in this place they use the same tools to grab your pizza and trash. you can tell the staff hates working here. have some respect for yourself and avoid this place.
