Absolutely fantastic! A coworker told me about this place and I'm so glad I tried it. The portion, price and quality was all excellent, so much so I ate there three nights in a row lol!

I love it here. I’ve eaten here so many times and have always really liked it. The atmosphere is really nice. Service is quick too. It’s in a really pleasant shopping center. There is a lot of different options of bowls. Also I’ve always leave full and happy. Never had a stomach ache.Vegetarian options: Because you can build your own bowl there are many options for vegetarians. There are also vegetarian protein choices like tofu.Dietary restrictions: Build your own bowl. Many different options and combinations for any dietary restrictions.Parking: During times parking is hard to find. But there is always a spot in the shopping center.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Always something to eat.

Our go-to poke place. We like the quality of the fish and the general variety in sauces and complements. My recommendation is to go and order in person instead of ordering through a delivery app. You want to make sure you are getting the correct amount of ingredients in your bowl.Only bummer is they keep increasing prices where today a bowl is over 20 dollars. A bit steep.

There seems to be a priority for online orders vs in person which causes quite a wait.

Used to be my favorite poke place because of all the different ingredients (esp the purple seaweed). But lately every time I order the order has been messed up in some major way (no sauce, or missing a protein entirely). The staff has just deteriorated in quality significantly.

Delicious poke with quick and friendly service. As someone with a soy sensitivity, I was so glad to find that they have ahi that isn’t marinaded in soy sauce. I would definitely visit again :)

My favorite poke spot in the South Bay. I usually get the charred salmon bowl with half brown rice and greens. They are generous with their toppings and the bowl keeps me full all day.

Poke is one of my favorite items and I was craving some this weekend! This spot will do the job if you're craving poke, but I was hoping for fresher and better tasting poke ultimately... especially given this metropolitan. This is a chain restaurant, and numerous locations elsewhere along the peninsula. My 3 stars reflects a "good" overall. A safe choice, but on the quest to find better options here

I used to be a big fan of Poke House in Palo Alto, but my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the portion size has become wildly inconsistent; when ordering a large poke bowl, it often arrives only three-quarters full, with a meager amount of ingredients (like 4 to 5 pieces of cucumber, a tiny bit of seaweed). Secondly, the customer service is quite uncomfortable. There have been multiple instances where I found myself virtually the only customer. The employees would straight up ignore me and continue chatting with each other (they were not busy with online orders). I had to wait about 10-20 minutes before one of them would slowly walk over, putting up a long face to help me with my order. Furthermore, due to dietary restrictions related to some chronic conditions, I always requested a bit of sauce on my poke bowl. However, I've encountered multiple situations where the employees drenched my meal in sauce, rendering it inedible. I had to throw the bowl in the trash directly walking out of the store, because I already felt too embarrassed to ask them redo it again. To avoid this, I began requesting sauce on the side, only to find out that this location has started charging extra for it. This leaves me with a plain, unappetizing poke bowl, which is far from enjoyable. How can you expect any customer to enjoy their poke bowl without any sauce?!?!I would strongly advise avoiding the Palo Alto location if possible. The inconsistency in portion sizes, subpar customer service, and unexpected charges for sauce on the side have made it an unpleasurable experience, far removed from the enjoyable dining it used to be.

Ordered 3 smalls and a 1 medium all were the same size. Fish was sub par compared to other locations.

Great food and excellent service. The noise from the refrigerators and other appliances make it hard to think.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn’t too busy and the service was quick. The bowls are a little more expensive, but we all got mediums and took leftovers home. It was plenty of food for the medium. All the choices tasted so fresh! Great poke place will come back again ?
