Food was excellent, especially the fried chickens, they were crispy on the outside and juicy inside. however, the customer service was subpar. We had ordered some fried chickens and popcorn chickens for a birthday party. We were charged for the popcorn chickens but they were not in the sealed take-out bag. We then called the employee and she said she would credit it back to my account but still nothing after 2 days.

Something different. Chicken thai style. The papaya salad was great. The chicken was just ok. Both bbq and fried. The popcorn chicken was the better overall. I like the choices of dipping thai sauces. All in all, it was a little better than fast food.

The food was actually really flavorful. This place only takes credit card and you have to use a kiosk to order, they do not take your order for you. You can tell most people order online in advance. It did take a little longer than I expected to get my food as there is no seating inside, only outside. So you have to just stand there until it's ready - it was about 10 minute wait and there were 3 people ahead of me. So it's not going to be a fast in and out like a Chipotle.Overall the food was really good with average/medium sized portions. I would recommend this to others if you are in the mood for some Thai!

Gai Yang BBQ Chicken & Rice with Soy Ginger Vinaigrette was flavorful! Service was fast and friendly. I ordered and picked up to go.

Cool spot to order and take food to enjoy outside. The weather was nice the day we went, so it was actually hot in February! Service was quick and barely needed assistance since we order on the kiosk/screen. Very straightforward, but they were friendly and offered assistance if needed. The food was clean and delicious. Service was quick and kind. Ambiance is chill and outdoorsy with other patrons from multiple restaurants in this little shopping center.

Chicken salad was great would recommend this! Roti with curry sauce was flakey and crispy. Papaya salad was a miss and didn't love this dish because it was a bit too spicy.

One of the best Thai I have ever had. The ordering on site is very quick (you order and pay by yourself at a tablet situated and the entrance, no need to stay in line and being asked many unnecessary questions) and the delivery is fast (I tested only within Palo Alto though). Pop corn chicken is my favorite!

Ate here for lunch. Ordered a chicken rice bowl. Food was as expected, but the chicken felt off. Slept and woke up the next day with huge vomiting and food poisoning. Will NOT be eating here again.

So yummy! Got the vegetarian Pad Thai w/o egg + it was delicious! Big portion enough for two meals! I thought it was a little pricey for a to go place ( outdoor seating only ) at $17 but $8.5 a portion is not bad! Lots of tofu! Can't wait to go back

Really yummy Thai inspired food. Had the popcorn chicken and it was delicious! Good portions but still a little expensive for just a casual meal. Would go back again to try other things!

Got the popcorn chicken rice box ($16) and added fried egg ($2). Chicken was well seasoned and not too salty. A good amount of chicken.

The thai food is surprisingly good but is expensive for what you get. There are better more authentic places in

I absolutely LOVE this place! It is one of my favorite places to eat in Palo Alto! I love the 3-piece Hat Yai Chicken and Rice with the sweet chili sauce. The chicken is always crunchy and the pickled carrots and daikon, crispy onions and cucumbers are just the perfect combination! The portion is perfectly filling without overwhelming! The staff are always polite even during really busy hours. They can get quite busy after 5, so sometimes the wait can feel a bit long, especially if you're really hungry! The front end always looks clean and orderly. There are a lot of people that come through whether they order for pick-up or at the counter. The location is convenient, especially to Stanford. It is also right next to Palmetto Superfoods, which is an acai bowl shop, which is my favorite placed to grab an acai bowl! Even though the plaza is always busy, we always manage to find a parking spot.Definitely recommend you stop by and grab something to eat!

This place is amazing! My husband order the chicken bbq and I ordered the lemongrass chicken with naan bread. SO DELICIOUS! Only downsides are that it came out to ~$40 for a meal with no drink for two and needs more vegetables for the rice bowls. Other than that, I can see myself coming back to try their order dishes, like the noodles

I thought this would be an overpriced "Asian fusion" place similar to Asian Box (which I'm not a fan of). But when I was in a pinch and looking for warm food, I decided to give this place a try, and I loved it. Packed with flavor, a decent portion size (gets me filled but not overly full), and an average price, this place was a pleasant surprise! My favorite part was all the sauces and how NOT dry the chicken is!! I hate chicken because every time I eat it, it's dry (unless it's Costco rotisserie). It wasn't as juicy as Costco, but it didn't make me gag like chicken usually does. I'll definitely be back for more!
