It was PERFECT !! Amazing fresh everything! Fabulous service and presentation. Beautifully decorated. I love have not had such fresh food and beautifully prepared in years. Incredibly reasonable prices and meal sizes. Don't waste your money at Local Union or Sweet Maple this is now the only place we will eat in Palo Alto.Dietary restrictions: Something for everyone

Yea BREAKFAST AT SPROUT!!From the menu choices, to the presentation, taste and quality of the food, we were delighted. Ditch the poor cuisine and the line at Sweet Maple and come to Sprout Café!

Great place for salads and other healthy foods, right on University. Large selection of proteins - love their grilled tri-tip. Very busy during weekday lunch hours. Finally also open on Sunday, yay :)

I ordered the Nutty Rooster salad. The menu lists more than 10 ingredients in this salad. Got a grilled chicken over a big pile of dry kale leaves. All the other ingredients were either missing or represented by 2 or 3 tiny, almost invisible, pieces. The dressing was thin and watery, and didn't help to somehow improve the bland taste of the dry kale leaves. I would expect much more for a salad that costs almost $17!

The turkey avocado is a very good sandwich. The tomato soup was fantastic also. Good spot for a quick bite.

The salads are exceptionally good. But I am downgrading to 4 stars overall as the waiting time is regularly out of control. Order pickup is completely disorganized, no announcement of what gets on the pass and you can wait 44 minutes until someone finally tells you l, "your order was there under the counter..."

Quality and size have gone way down. Used to love this place and keep defending it to my family but today was the last straw. Take your business to sweet greens going forward. RIP an

I ordered a bacon grilled cheese and they forget the bacon. I let them know and they said they would take care of it, and then they forgot to add back to one of the sandwich halves a second time. not worth it

Excellent food. I would prefer if they sold certified organic. I also have found that it is extremely freezing cold and to dine in this restaurant. Even in the winter time I always find it warmer to be outside.

Orders are marked ready an hour before they are actually ready -- this is highly inefficient / disrespectful of customers' time.
