The sandwiches were great and had freshly sliced ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomatos. It was fantastic to eat outside at the chairs and it was clean. The service was fast and quick!

The service was awful. I ordered a sandwich plus meal deal and the cashier mischarged me. I asked why they charged me additional $ when the quoted price on the sign was different. They claimed it was due to tax. That seemed incorrect as I had a line item for tax on the receipt too. Instead of answering my question on the discrepancy, both cashiers were rude and a customer in line gave me an attitude as well. I had a horrible experience and don't think I will visit this location again.

I ordered five items from this Subway location via DoorDash an hour ago, but only one sandwich arrived. Can you believe it? When I called Subway to explain my order, they cut me off and insisted that it was DoorDash's responsibility. Then, the DoorDash delivery person who showed up at my doorstep said it was Subway's problem or miscommunication. It's all so confusing! And that's not all, you all! This location won't participate in any deals that Subway offers, which is unacceptable. Plus, they've changed their staff, who have abysmal customer service skills. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but I've just about had it with them. I'd much rather pay the same amount for good food and quality service. Not to mention, the menu prices are just too darn high, and to top it all off, the bathroom doesn't even have soap! It's just one thing after another with this place. And, to think they refuse to participate in promotions? That's just plain ridiculous.

The food and location are great, but the service (from a woman named Lanca or Blanca), was mystifyingly combative. I told her before we started that I wanted an extra meat with the BMT, and she offered me two options, a deluxe or a double meat. I told her deluxe was enough and she said that would be $1.50 extra for each of two sandwiches. When she started making the sandwiches, I asked to replace the spicy salami with turkey, because that was the extra meat I wanted. She told me I had ordered wrong and flat out refused to do it. I asked her how much the turkey would be and she said it would be $3. I had paid $3 extra already so I said okay, then just add the turkey on one of these, $3 is $3. She refused. We got in a heated argument (I can't believe I got in a heated argument over a sandwich filling) and it made me so mad! Eventually after consulting with the other server and rolling her eyes at me she begrudgingly made my sandwich with turkey. She started to make the sandwich in a desultory, sulky way, doing it as lazily and messily as possible to show her disapproval, and kept lecturing me that I had "ordered it wrong." Ridiculous experience. Beware of Lanca!Kid-friendliness: I wanted to replace the spicy salami with turkey because my kids don't like spicy food- guess that's too much for the subway rules

It's 8:10 am right now and the doors to the place are closed. There was a lady there that didn't even want to look at me since she was trying to get everything ready. I noticed that nothing was set up yet. I had been to this place before and you can tell they struggle to open on time. They did take my order last time but maybe it was because I did it through the app. It's terrible that employees cannot open at the set time or even apologize for it. Won't be coming back here.

It is hard to review this location since the food on every subway is the same since is a franchise but I have to evaluate the customer service and this location is really particular I begin customer from this subway for 3 years 2 to 4 times a week . Every Sunday I have my lunch here and when a lady call Blanca help me everything is perfect she make nice and delicious sandwiches with nice attitude I can request what I want on my sandwich and she will do it . On the other hand there's a guy name noe I begin watching for a long time here and he is so unpleasant he always is arguing with customers for small little things his customer service is so bad and rude he doesn't have any education when he talk to customers but anyways I never had issues my self I just watch while I'm eating but this time it happen to me I got there to order my sandwich and noe and other girl Roxanne were in the back chatting while I was waiting I did wait till one of them come to help me so he finally came and ask me what I want not even a good morning or sorry to make you wait no nothing ok I didn't take it personal I was whatever I just made a comment "you guys having fun this morning" he turn his back on me put my sandwich in the oven and said not of your business really quietly and I was like ok is true but at the same time made me upset. When my sandwich came out he start making my sandwich whit out asking me what I want so I request to have some lettuce and jalapenos and scream at me "NO" you said number 5 and it doesn't have lettuce or jalapeno if you want I will charge you extra you have to read. I was like whats wrong with you the only extra charge is avocado I can make my sandwich the way I want he replays no you said number 5 and we make it this way you want it or not ,the lady in the back was watching and didn't even try to stop him or take over she just roll down her eyes and turn around and after they went back to the kitchen and keep chatting. I can really believe the owner have this kind of people working here this guys are killing the business I'm pretty sure the owner have more complaints about this couple but they don't do nothing. I will never come back here on Sunday.

This Subway wasn't honoring the online app promotions (ie buy a footlong get a free 6 inch specialized), so I zipped down to the Menlo Park Subway on Willow which was honoring promotions. It was actually faster for me to the Menlo Park location because they are right off of 101. LOL. I've changed my favorite Subway location from Palo Alto to Menlo Park. It's way cheaper (with promotions) and faster for me.
