The lady working at the counter is very rude and doesn't know how to work with customers. She was hiding in the kitchen for 10 mins and without any apology she started the order and kept saying there is no cup for water or there is dessert for churo and kept laughing at her own English. Such employees who doesn't know how to treat people shouldn't work here.

This is one of the worst experiences. They lady was very rude not only to me but to another customer who was there prior and left because she was rude . We orders 2 sandwiches and each one of the new footlong items . Churro was not seasoned at all very nasty the pretzel was very hard the only thing good was the cookie . Don’t think I will ever come back to this location or subway in general . You would never be treated this way at TOGOS .

Very rude sales personnel. We order 3 sandwiches, even give tips even if she's rude. She accepts other customers in between our orders. She doesn't explain well what to do about ordering. I thought the lady salesperson just had a normal rude voice , but when the other made the customer come in, she was very nice, talked nicely, and had him accommodate his order in between our 3 sandwiches order. She was even rude to the talking to the little girl ordering with us. We visit the place Nov 8 2023 5:38pm .

I went in today for a sandwich and the guy at the front counter made a scene over olives. I asked the girl making my sandwich for a little more olives and he had a meltdown. It’s just olives. He leaned over, got in my face and started flailing a paper with suggested portion sizes. This guy is a loose cannon, he needs to learn how to behave in a professional and public setting. I suggest seeing a psychologist or seeking therapy.

Worst subway ever ... the staff are so rude every single time and are least bothered. They are so greedy and hesitant to put some extra veggies atleast on the sub . I order frequently from this location and meat quantity is very less every single time . Not sure how this is running inspite of many bad reviews

Terrible location and would give no stars if that was an option. My husband and I were hungry after a busy day of running errands and this Subway is the closest one on the way back home. Before walking in we had already decided to eat there as we were very hungry, and it would be faster than taking it back home. The first thing we noticed as we walked in is there are only 2 tables that comfortably accommodate two people, and both were taken. The employees child was sitting on one with his feet up, and the other was taken by another customer. As we were getting ready to pay I asked if we could pull 1/2 of the table where the employees child had his feet so we could enjoy our sandwiches there, and the Filipino lady said "no" in a very rude way. The other customer kindly offered his table to us. Apparently accommodating your kids at work is more important instead of allowing paying customers to enjoy there food there. It was ridiculous because she had no sort of shame in saying no because her kid was busy with his feet up and watching stuff on his iPad. Please don't allow employees to bring there kids if there's no space in the first place. It's a restaurant where people go to eat and not a daycare. The lady looked like she was annoyed and didn't want to be there. We arrived around 4:15pm on Saturday 26th, and would recommend management look at the cameras for proof. Definitely won't be returning to this location, and not surprised as to why this place only has a 1.5 stars.Please hire happier employees that care about the customers. At this rate this location won't be making any money. Customers don't like going to places that don't value them.

2023-03-07, 6 PM: Unpleasant customer experience today. (1) The employee was surprisingly unfriendly. (2) The employee's kid (as it seems) occupied a unnecessarily large guest table with his laptop. (3) The employee opened the door for several minutes although it was freezing outside. When I asked if I can close the door, the answer was no (I didn't understand why).
