I love the food, and the service is really good! Normally it takes like 5-10 minutes for the boba or your food to be ready. The only thing I don't like is the seating options. There are only like 3 tables with 2/4 chairs each. There's a lot of random teens that trash the area too so I recommend that you eat it at home or at a park. Since the food is so good I would give it 5 stars.

Good food (boba) and has nice service with self-checkout. Has a few tables outside and a table inside. Would recommend!

75% sugar is very sweet in banana milk latte. Plus, it's $8 drink. I personally think it's too expensive. I gotilktea here too. Milk tea was just ok, average. I would not recommend the place for drinks.

We tried out the Classic Thai tea with bubba and Taro lover with Taro chucks. Both the bubba and the taro chucks were quite good but the the thai tea was really watered down and the Taro tea tasted ver artificial. Super disappointed. Will have to try something else next time. There are seating areas outside by the parking lot and two high tables inside. Not the greatest ambiance but has Wi-Fi. Service was good.

Nestled in a plaza in midtown Palo Alto, this is pretty much just like any other Teaspoon. Solid, but nothing spectacular. You get a fairly consistent experience -- friendly staff, relatively clean store, same drinks, great pricing. I usually go for very low sweetness here unless you enjoy super sweet things.Overall, solid boba/drinks and would definitely visit again.

Overpriced for the boba in the area. A normal milk tea with boba will cost you 7$, before tip. A topping costs a full 1$ extra vs 50 cents or 75 cents in the area which is ridiculous. What’s worse is they’ve slowly decreased cup size as well as topping portion in addition, so even though I’m paying more for boba, I’m getting less compared to other places.Actual boba here is okay. Sometimes inconsistent but usually decent. Had a few times where it was gummy but on average, it’s a good texture.Tea is fine. Does the job.If you do like the specialty fruit drinks or the variety of toppings, or can’t drive further out, this place makes sense. Otherwise, if you’re looking just for simple classic milk tea with pearls, I’d recommend driving 10-15 min away and you can find several boba alternatives, that are cheaper and even better (Boba Bliss or Boba Guys if I have the choice). The one thing they do have going for them is they offer an uncaffeinated unsweetened option (the rooibos) which is rare to find at boba shops.

I always go here because the boba from here, it's good! I sugest kids to drink non-caffein drinks such as caramel milk [ Comes with boba, milk, and melted black sugar]. The workers are nice and the service was quick.Parking: You can park in-front of the building, and if there's no space to park, there are lot of spaces in-front of other shops.

In a small Plaza in Midtown Palo Alto. There is very limited outdoor seating.Got the Black Sugar Assam. Pretty watered down even with light ice.

Clean and cute on the inside of the shop. There's a screen to order at or you can order at the counter. The drink itself was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the texture of the boba was good. I got the Taro Lover and added a request for 0% sweet, but I'm not so sure it is in fact 0% sweet - or perhaps the sweetness is fixed. The taro itself is also sweet, but I appreciated the texture.Overall, fairly average for the price. Would maybe go again, but not my favorite.

Teaspoon is famous but they serve sugar bombs even if you say that you want very little sugar. Just visit the safeway store nearby to buy cane sugar it will taste the same.It is a nice, friendly, cool place; but sugar amount is too much.
