I recently stumbled upon Ume Tea in Palo Alto, and I'm so glad I did. This place is an absolute gem! The boba here is beyond yummy, with each sip bursting with flavor and the pearls perfectly chewy. The time listed on google maps says that the ume tea at palo alto closes at 10:30pm but when we arrived at 10:15pm but the employees had already closed and locked the doors! This is the only ume that was open at this time and we drove very far for it because it said it closed at 10:30pm—another couple also came for ume too and also could not get drinks. Please fix your hours listed so we don’t waste our time and gas money. Thank you.Also, the contact us section in your website does not work as it does not let me send the message.

This place is very cute. The price is not the best. The quality of my drink was only so-so. I ordered through the kiosk. Decent. I don't think I'll come often as it didn't wow me. The staff didn't seem very excited either. Overall I'd say 2/5. The atmosphere is a plus with the cute designs, pillows, and plushies.
First time and loved it! Got the mango pomelo sago drink, 30% sweet and it had the perfect refreshing flavor I was craving.Cute boba shop on Cal Ave- bright decor inside and very quick service. Will return to try their food and other drinks! Want to try the matcha smoothie.

Coming to pick my order. Only found they forgot half of my orders. We order 6 drinks+meals combos. They prepare 6 boba and 2 meals, and told me the order is ready. How could they make this simple mistake? Can’t be more careless. Wait for another 40 minutes in the store. No explain at all. Extremely bad experience. Try your best to avoid this place.

My husband and I ordered 2 bubble teas on a Sunday afternoon. We waited for ~45 minutes before our order was ready. It was also stuffy and uncomfortable inside. The teas were ok, not worth the long wait.
