They don't know how to make Mochas they want charge you for the whip cream and the that goes on the mocha. This morning I asked for a mocha it was awful the cashier did not ask or gave me my receipt he was a male cashier and he made my mocha it was awful. The staff in that shop are rude not very friendly to you especially if you are a veteran. I am a veteran and there is this one guy that is rude to me every time I ask for a mocha . While making the mocha he was picking on the side of his nose pulling up his pants scratching his head discussing nasty you need to wash your hands or another job we don't want that type of person working for our veterans. I f you don't like this job leave it don't make veterans suffer.

This is a Starbucks placed in the middle of the hospital. I hide out there until my husband is done with his treatment. I actually got a grande latte for four bucks. It's probably my favorite place to be on those days. Nice people...quiet surroundings. It doesn't get better than thatKid-friendliness: Just coffee and sandwiches. Also water and soft drinks

I went this morning and my drink was made wrong and when I told the guy he said that wasn't what I ordered and didn't try to fix it. I didn't have time to argue and I left and threw my drink away as I was walking out.

Stale bagels, sickly-sweet pastries and mediocre hot foods at unpredictable times make this one of the worst "cafes" in the South Bay. Tack on long lines and mediocre customer service and you got a home run...

I work in customer service too so I understand what it's like to be at work having a bad day ... but basic please/ thank u and an answer to my questions is enough for me ... the girl workin the register just said "next" ... i gave her my order ... before I told her my size she just started writing on a cup ... I asked if they had blue berry muffins or scones ... she rolled her eyes at me... never replied to me just grabbed a muffin ... than after I payed she tried helpin the next person behind me with out handing me my muffin ... I had to ask her to give me my muffin and she looked at me like I was the dumbass ... my ice coffee had very little ice ( 5 ice cubes .... not jokin ) ... my hot coffee was fine .. they did forget my bagel but the girl who was making my drink was actually nice and friendly and she gave me my begal ...this Coffee shop is in a v.a hospital so you would think our nations hero's and doctors deserve to be treated better ... luckily we are only here for a check up ... I can't imagine getting life changing news or waiting for someone u love to get out of surgery and makin the mistake of going into this coffee shop...

Really nice to have Starbucks and breakfast snacks here on the VA Campus. Big with lots of seating. Friendly staff.

The "Starbucks outpost" within the Veterans Administration medical center in the Palo Alto campus. The staff is friendly and works very hard. The space is clean and centrally located. While not a Starbucks coffee zealot, this space in a nice break between appointments of the weather is less than pleasant.

I went through on two different days and and different times. Both visits were great! The line went fast, the staff was friendly and having fun with the customers. The menu was fine, mostly a "Starbucks" with one exception.......their hot dogs. Man those hot dogs were the best, in fact when I went back on our last day I got us each one to go. My Mom said her coffee was great and her wrap sandwich was yummy. Everything was clean and there were plenty of places to sit. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. Awful coffee. Rude service. Went in gor a cup of coffee at 430. First cup was lukewarm. When I asked the server for a fresh, Hot cup she looked at me like i had three eyes. The "fresh" tasted old. Did not bother to ask for another. Crap coffee from poor staff. How cam Starbucks be affiliated and allow them to sell there brand?
