My skepticism about vegan food and that it may have only limited choices was shattered at this place. Menu is pretty elaborate and can very well satiate quite a few people with different tastes. Drink options are nice too. Definitely recommending this place, and going back some time soon.

This was a nice place - fantastic if you are vegan or vegetarian. It was a little bland for my flavor pallet. Staff is attentive. Nice atmosphere and about how expensive you would expect for where it is located. I have to say that all the 0%abv where unavailable as " they were migrating to their spring menu" and replaced with nothing and there was no signage to that effect, which was a little disappointing as flavorings and syrups are not exactly seasonal. All in all, an enjoyable meal.

VEGAN HEAVEN! Wildseed is one of the most unique places I have been too. I started off with the beet root juice and the Telegraph hill. The Telegraph hill was really refreshing and there were real preserves in the drink. It is a different type of kefir. The beetroot juice was really refreshing and had a lot of ginger in it. The flatbreads pizza with Italian sausage is really tasty as the tomato sauce was acidic and sweet. The flatbread was crunchy and thin . THE SAUSAGE WAS AMAZING. The Italian sausage tasted exactly like normal sausage which was a pleasant surprise. The masala neatball bowl was sooooo tasty and the sauces were warm and creamy without any cream. The meatballs were really crunchy and tasted like falafel. The greens were really fresh. The pasta was also amazing. There were a lot of greens and the sausage tasted impeccable. The ambiance was beautiful especially when you sit outside. The service was also good as the employees were kind and fast. Overall would definitely come again on the more expensive side but I would also recommend!

Barring the distasteful experience of the hosts unable to understand how a waitlist works, the rest was near perfect. We ordered mezcal drinks to start off and I personally recommend Salt and Pepper. We went ahead with crowd favorite Wild Mushroom Zeppole and its side aioli dip was spot on. Polenta Cakes was decent & Mezze Plate was my favorite. And of course the warm chocolate chocolate cake for dessert which ended our dinner on a great note. The cacao nibs, oat milk chocolate gelato was something new that I tasted and absolutely loved it. We'll visit again surely, hopefully with a better people experience to start with. ?

Wildseed has been one of my favorite restaurants for 2 years now and I've recommended this spot to many people in the past. However, I ate brunch there today with a friend and my experience has left me disappointed and disgusted.I ordered the Wildseed scramble and after I had finished nearly 80% of it, I noticed a dead insect at the bottom of my bowl (photo below). I immediately let the manager know, but her response was pretty minimal – an apology and a reimbursement for our $40 meal (my portion of the meal was only $20).While I understand accidents can happen, I thought this response was the bare minimum and I expected more from them given the situation. The manager also made it seem as though this were a common situation and occurs with organic food; however, I have never experienced anything like this in other organically-sourced restaurants. As someone who used to love this place, I'm still shaken by the experience. Not only was their response lackluster but it also shattered my trust in their cleanliness. I don't plan on returning ever again.

Amazing food. Try the Mushroom Zepplle and the desserts. It is fine-dining and will cause a dent in your pocket though.

This review is for the hostess working Saturday, 3/9/24 who clearly did not want to serve my family. I made reservations for a party for 6 at 6:30 pm to celebrate a birthday. We arrived at 6:15 pm and checked in with the hostess. She tells us our reservation isn't until 6:30, so we have to wait. I totally understand and wait outside until our table is ready. At about 6:30 pm, I receive a text that my table is ready. I go back to the hostess to check in. She eyes me and tells me she is still checking in others. After another 5 minutes waiting for my turn, I remind her my name. She says she gave my table away because I did not check in. I remind her that I had checked in 15 minutes early and had been standing outside the restaurant THE ENTIRE time. For her to tell me that she gave away my table because I didn't check in sounded more like she gave away my table because she didn't want to serve us. As to why she didn't want to serve us, I can only speculate. Our family does not look like the other patrons there that night. We also had 2 children in our party...I'm bummed because as a vegan, I have very limited dining options. Wildseed has been our go to restaurant for celebrations. I would like to think this experience is not a reflection of the restaurant's management, but when I asked for the hostess' name so I can share this with the manager, she would not provide it, and a waiter walking by said she is the manager
