PCI has the absolute best quality burger you can get out here and all there other options are fantastic as well. They have an amazing staff who is friendly and quick to take care of whatever you need! I'd recommend PCI over any restaurant in Palo Cedro no questions asked! “Wow. Where to start? Value? OK a ginormous French dip that was more than two people could eat. Piled high with. I swear with a pound of roast beef. A tall pour of Cabernet. And a tall Coke. $20 with tax and tip. The glass of Cab was 3.50. For real.Atmosphere? Place was very busy.Staff. 1st rate. Want to know where all the good kids work in Reading. I think they all work here. What a staff.This is one of those rare places that as your leaving- you say “wow”!Can’t wait to return.“

“Love Fresh Fire! The food is great and having a location in Palo Cedro is very convenient. Their online ordering is extremely easy to use and being able to pick up dinner on the way home from work is great. Their interior decoration is very plain, but otherwise it's a 5 star place to eat!“
