This is hands down the best burger for the best price in Palo Cedro! I've lived and worked out here all my life and ate from every establishment out here. PCI has the absolute best quality burger you can get out here and all there other options are fantastic as well. They have an amazing staff who is friendly and quick to take care of whatever you need! I'd recommend PCI over any restaurant in Palo Cedro no questions asked! Alright people, if you walk in and notice there's a grill in the dining room with patrons cooking, you've been warned. I've been once, after hearing about PCI for years. I was with a group of 8, and we enjoyed good service, cold beers and we fought over who got to cook our steaks. I don't go out often because I arrogantly think I can cook better food than most restaurants do, and I get bored sitting and waiting for food. Good service, cold beer, cocktails if you want them, and I get to do what I love... cook. Love it! If you read this and later complain in a review that you had to cook your protein.........

I love to support this local place. The steaks are very good. Price is totally affordable compared to how expensive everything is these days. The sides are ok. Very basic but a good addition to the steak. The ambiance feels very old and rustic, which might not matter to other people, but it made it feel less clean to me. I'm new to the whole cook-your-own-steak thing, and I'm really not a fan. I don't know how to cook steak that's why I'm getting it at a restaurant. But! That's why I go to lunch here. They'll cook your steak at lunch. I keep going back because I'm happy to have them here in Palo Cedro, and I can get a solid meal for not very much.

I have been going here for 40 years. Always great. A bit loud inside but it is a bar.
Super friendly staff! We ate in outside patio- great ambience. Was fun cooking our steak and shrimp- they provide all types of spices, sauce, garlic butter and tools to use on their clean BBQs. Definitely will be a regular stop whenever we visit the area! Prices very reasonable too.Parking: Plenty of parking in front of restaurant

This was the coolest place ever. I’ve never been to a restaurant where you grill your own meat. It was awesome. My friend’s husband handled the cooking. My T-bone was delicious. Great quality steak. Whenever I come back to visit I’ll be stopping by Palo Cedro Inn.

You cook your own steak over a well set up open grill. $20 for a sizeable ribeye is outstanding. Also came with sides at that price. Friendly staff.
