The hosts were nice but not friendly they sometimes get our online orders wrong they need to correct that BTW when people order online please give extra condiments and utensilsDietary restrictions: lactose intolerance-nut allergy I'm allergic to almondsWheelchair accessibility: Yeah they need a wheelchair-accessible table or walkers I have a service dog I take everywhere would a doctor's note help to let me eat there

They have a Crain game to win stuffed animals, which is impossible to win on. Fine, but the game says you can pay the difference and buy the stuffed animal if you can't win it.And when I tried to do that, they said they couldn't sell them like that. So, to me, it's like they're false advertising!!!
the server that is a older woman with white short hair has poor customer service she took my order yelling from across the room if I needed anything she is yelling from the kitchen on what I need she brought my food with her dirty thumb nail in my eggs she brought my coffee spilling half of it the food was horrible I didn't even finish the food I wasted money here and the server is ghetto they need to get someone that loves there job and is a people person she wasn't she looked like she was from the hood and didn't care about the customers

Me and my family have been waiting for our food like and hour and while we were waiting 3 other family members came in and got there food before us.
