I love Quickly! I always get wonderful Customer Service and friendly workers. Always a wonderful visit. It's always very clean and top of the line boba! They also have delicious food and love their dumplings!

This store will most likely close beacuse of the poor customer service from their young employees, sad to say. We like Quickly but always a bad experience with customer service at this location.

Was craving for Quickly boba. We ordered just the regular one. We went around 7pm and asked for the best recommendation.To our surprise, the guy gave us large instead. He was so cool and very friendly. We left the store just being so happy.

I was so excited to try this place because it smelled good when I walked in. I ordered Calamari because it is one of my favorite seafood dishes. The lady behind the counter told me it was good and I should try it. She told me it only takes three minutes to cook so, I paid for one order and went to my favorite donut spot in the same strip mall. When I came back, it wasn't ready but I waited another 4 minutes and she came out with the order. It was only $8.21, but I wish I could get my money back. First it had the strongest fishiest smell, I had to tie the bag up super tight because the smell was funking up my car. Secondly, when I got home to take a pic (camera eats first), I tasted a piece and thought it had a good flavor and tasted so good, it was so tough and chewy, I felt like I was chewing gum. I had to toss it, I couldn't even swallow a piece. I was so disappointed to say the least. Only giving three stars because the place was super clean and the woman at the counter was so kind, too bad the food did not measure up,

This is really close to me and they also sell appetizers and I've pretty much tried most of them. I never have any problems with my order. A lot of selection for drinks. It's never busy, usually just me or 1 or 2 people, no lines. They have tv while you wait. They're also quick at serving. Friendly service.

I get there at 7:52pm and the guy says they're closed. I'm like how when it says you open until 8pm. He gave me a sideways look and waved a crap load of receipts like yeah we're closed. Jack...would not take my business here. Open until 8pm don't lie and close early. Now I assume probably kitchen would be closed for food but a 3-minute powdery boba drink. Oh please. surely could have made me a boba tea. Ridiculous.

I was craving boba near panorama city and this was recommended closest to me so I came to Quickly boba. It was not busy inside I was the only one ordering I ordered the green tea smoothie boba and it was really good! I usually prefer boba shops that I can choose my sweetness but it actually was not that sweet here so it worked perfectly for me. It was a fast experience they accept Apple Pay! Parking was not a good experience though there was only one spot left and it was tiny. I didn't notice any nearby street parking so be aware. Overall if I'm in the area again and wanting boba I may come back here just hope there's parking!

Rude service from older employee working Saturday night. Went in to order and he literally, clearly told us to hurry up. Come on man your menu is immense and we wanted to place a big order but we decided on small chicken order only since we were rushed. If this dude doesn't like his job he should quit, or close down if he is the owner. There are many hot chicken places where to choose from, he is not the only one. Won't be back!

Popcorn chicken was decent, would possibly order again although I did notice there weren't any of the green leaves that they usually put at multiple other locations I've visited which does make a flavor difference. Small serving of Calamari with barely any breading, was stale and texture wise hard to chew. Tried to order fries but they were out then tried to order curly fries and was told they were out of all kinds of fries.

i love this place, it is military personnel/ veteran owned. it's a small store but they make good avocado shakes. i like their popcorn chicken, tofu and fries. they are pretty helpful and nice, the owner sometimes tends to the store as well. clean store. i only gave 4 stars because they dont usually have the avocado myself, my best friend all my coworkers like so those times we go and leave really sad
