For starters they don't accept coupons, the used to but no more, frozen vegetables, the service is so so, kind of indifferent with the custumer.

Today Jan 29 at 9.59 I got subway club. The employer who worked there doesnt know standards at all. Put 2 small tomatoes instead of 3. When I asked how many tomatoes should there be he answered with an attitude that it must be 2 only lol. What a joke. When I asked for avocado he started slicing avocado that was rotten lmao. This is my last time here. I would not recommend to anyone going to this subway cause they dont care about customer service, their food is wuestinably fresh and they dont know subway guidelines.

The horrible and disgusting service on my subway was a toenail, I do not recommend it, I will never eat again. Be careful people.

had a horrible experience today. Ordered online. When I arrived I picked up my order got home and realized my 3 sandwiches were wrong. I went back to get them done the right way. Employee had attitude and never apologized & accused me of removing the cheese. Asked for extra mayo got extra mustard when I never requested it. Instead of just checking the receipt to match the toppings on the sandwiches she was just asking me what I wanted on it. She claims she put the correct toppings. Then a guy came from the back to see what was going on and he didn't even bother to say sorry will make it right. I would like the owner to reach out to me to discuss what happened. No one should experience this. If u order cheese don't dog threw the sandwich to see if the mayo looks like it's covered in it.

They charged my card 3 times for the same transaction went back for refund and the 2 ladies there said mike steals from customers THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SUBWAYS IN TOWN THE MORNING women IS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL SHE SERVED ME A SANDWICH TODAY AND WAS EATING FOOD AND DIDNT WASH HER HANDS BEFORE MAKING MY FOOD TODAY 01/18/2023 she over charged me and when I told her she told me the owner mike sood tells them to charge extra and rip off the customers that’s what subway does all subways steal from customers they put less meat on sandwich poor quality very rude employees never bring my family back here pleasee hire people that want to workThe lady at this location is racist and has mental issues they steal from customers even when you pay extra they don’t like to put extra even if you pay be aware of this location for scams the lady in the morning told us that mike the owner tells them to put less meat on everybody and less vegetables

Bad, very bad service!! I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches.I've asked the lady server if there's any promo for the day. She says there's none. But I've checked the apps before ordering. there's 1 dollar off any footlong ordered. I was billed full amounts. I got my sandwiches with barely filling. Can't even taste the tuna I've ordered. I will never patronize this Subway branch again. So be warned.

To the owner, the host said they don’t accept coupons with an attitude when asked about if I could use a coupon. Took about 2 min for someone to get my order while another host was stocking chips she could have taken my order. I will not come back again.
