I never go back to this place, lousy attitude from the employees, they don't let one speak to make their sandwich and apart from that when they wrapped them all crushed they unloaded their stress with my poor bread.

I will never come back to subway unless they allow us to customize our sandwiches again. Even McDonals allows you to customize your food. Subway has a new thing were even if you pay more you are not allowed to add on ingredients. That's lame being the only reason I ever came to subway is because of the custom sub I'm going to firestones or Jersey Mike's.

It took like 5 minutes for them to come out and help me and the people behind me, i don't mind waiting but Albas attitude was rude! Been coming here since i was young and i wont be coming back to this location customer service had been the worst lately, she kept asking "anything else?" While i was telling her what i wanted on my sandwich, their sandwich station was dirty and messy, the veggies were all mixed and the spinach was yellowish and when i asked Alba if tht was all the spinach they had she said "yes, that's spinach!" And I didn't say anything but wanted to leave and not pay for the sandwich she made.. She looked so unhappy and wasn't nice to the customers behind me either, please teach her some customer service.

They always mess up my order online. I asked for extra cucumbers and there was none, not a single one, sad face. We also asked for sauce on the side and it's a hit and miss, sometimes it's on the side sometimes it's in the sandwich. I guess it depends on who's making the sandwich and who's reading the directions. And now they are asking fir tips which I will gladly do if you don't mess up my otders. Ambiance? It's subway what ambiance lol

So I went there here yesterday to grab a sand which with my mom , nothing wrong with the food it was great , BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TRASH . we had this lady name Jannette RUDEST PERSON EVER , first off you have your airpods in barley listening , and then you give us attitude and make faces and roll your eyes at us just because you wanted to be right about something but my moms been a manger at subway for years we know how things run. Like you work at Subway .... If you don't like working there just quit don't make the customers day ruined with your nasty attitude

The last time in Subway was really not bad. Clean inside very friendly guy take my order very fast. And I receive my sendwich very fast. So everything was good so I give 4 stars for them.
