This place has 0 customers compared to the next door Mexican food. The least you can do has an owner to provide customer service. My family and I have spent 100s on the this basic ass food and we're rudely attended by the owner today. To start the food is not the freshest quality, a previous time my brother got a seafood soup, which he said tasted awful and sour like it was going bad it's was priced at 25$. Another time my family and I went we found a hair in our sushi ( California roll ). We keep giving this place a chance and it's just really not okay to be rude plain to your only customers. We wanted to change a salad for steamed vegetables in the Bento box which the owner said " we don't do that" and then I explained how we're OK with paying the difference . In a harsher tone, he said " we don't do that" then I asked to purchase a side of vegetables and was ignored as he walked away. Close your business if you don't like customers. We had once even offered to buy the business. The owner is not a people's person, and is rude to his only customers. Customers and community go somewhere anywhere else. Lost your #1 paying customer. Disrespectful, Poor Quality, Below Average There's Mexican, Salvadoran, Peruvian food too. I'm sure they'll have a better attitude there, too.

I come here maybe twice a month and it is fire. Usually get the beef & chicken bowl, but also used to get the California roll deal but they change the deals up

A sushi place inside a swap shop ?? Must be horrible … right ? … right ?????You. Have. No. Idea. How. Good. It. Is!!!Honestly, I was just looking for some cheap sushi to munch on. You know, $8 rolls or something.NopeeeeeeeeThis was one of the best sushi places I’ve ever been to. First the service from Linda, she was great ! Super sweet and kind, great personality, and I never once saw her without a smile on her face. She definitely loves the craft and the business.Our chef was Omar. Man this guy is a magician ! The food was sooooooo good and soooo fresh. The rolls just melted in our mouths. I can’t wait to go back and I heard they’re opening other locations. But this is a GEMMMM !!!Prices don’t reflect a swap shop sushi place. It’s definitely like a real nice restaurant. But, the quality of food and the service matches a real sit down nice restaurant.The Sur sushi on fire roll … oh. My. Goooddddddddd ? Best roll thing I’ve ever had. It’s a sushi burrito ! Mannnnn it was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. So good. Getting that again !The panorama roll, seaweed salad were delicious too !My girl had the salmon sashimi, so fresh. Melted in our mouths.The rice cakeeee !!! Incredible ! Fried rice patty with spicy tuna and avocado. Bro …. Bro …. So good.This is my new go to sushi spot!My ONLY complaint is they didn’t have the prices listed. Ended up spending $80. Just unexpected is all. But for the quality of the food I’m not complaining at all. Would’ve just liked to know each rolls was $16Definitely going again!

If the Mexican place next door has a bigger line and Sur sushi has no line. You will get served faster if you got to the Mexican spot. I'm shocked it took sooo long for a chicken teriyaki plate. If you like to wait this is the spot.

I got curious when I saw the Swap Meet had sushi. But what got me even MORE interested was that they had ramen. So naturally I went after work and picked one up. It felt like an Izekaya. Ordered, and waited. Saw the BIG bowl and wow, it's seafood. I only had Miso and Pork based ramens, but not seafood. The broth was PERFECT. The shrimp were perfect. The salmon on top was super tender and lovely. I never had a Mussel before but I am NOT AGAINST them. And the noodles were a perfect firmness, just to my liking. I highly suggest you try this place out. Oh yeah, and their Thai Tea...so nice. Loved the energy the guy had too! I didn't get his name but he was very outgoing and welcoming :D

We love sur sushi! Open late great bowls and they have a plain Cali crunch roll our kids love. Not a crazy price. I know it's a semi sketchy area but we go regularly.
